We LOVED the location, especially the view. Having onsight restaurant/bar is always a plus. It was a great base for our travels and exploration of the region.

The bed was so high I needed assistance getting in and out but we have found that high beds are the norm in today's hotels. The shower was a bit small but got the job done. A soft chair (all that was provided was 3 dining type chairs) would have been nice but I took the chair from outside our room and put pillows in it to make it comfortable. I realize these things were in mostly due to limitations on my part and would definitely stay here again.

This is an old school motel. We love the charm and the outside bar and Restaurant. They even had music on Friday night and volleyball teams on Thursday

If you are looking for a luxury hotel this is not it. This is an old school motel with lots of charm.

The room was clean and very cutely decorated. The AC worked well. It’s obvious that the rooms are very well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have the coffee pot and fridge for use. We were really happy with everything and the staff here was wonderful!

No breakfast was included.

The fact that there was no parking reserved for guests was extremely frustrating. Especially since two restaurants are attached to the motel. In fact, we had to park a good distance down the road and bring our suitcases from that distance.

It was a nice place with a cabana bar and great restaurant....room was fine.Staff was awesome

From the pics of the place I expected to be able to actually sit outside from my room and view the lake.. Could of been my mistake. No creamer for my coffee

The vibe! That every detail was thought of in the room. Coffee from a real cup, not paper. The immaculate maintenance. The amazing dinner at the restaurant. The kind staff. The lake view. Sounds crazy, but the paint job in the room….I’d like to find that painter and have them paint our house! Such detail….

The bed on rollers. They have no locks on the rollers.I tried to sit in bed to read, but the bed kept rolling away from the wall. Not a huge complaint, but a fixable one that would make the room perfect!

We love that it is a lake view. Also there was live music , not sure if that is all weekends. Also the restaurant staff are wonderful. There is also a bar for those who likes to drinks next door next to the restaurants.

The only thing that kind of made us uneasy is the digital lock at the entrance door but no deadbolt to lock from the inside. It would make travelers feel more secure if there is a deadbolt in the inside of the entrance door.

The view from our room was exceptional; the restaurant far exceeded our expectations and the owner's friendly, knowledgeable and polite. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling in the area. We plan to be back!

The only "challenge" with the room that we found was the size of the shower. It was a little tight for us, but easily managed. We loved the room and the entire place had character and charm!

Perfect location- right on the lake! Room is very comfortable. Bar and restaurant both very nice. Close to Letchworth state park

Really enjoyed the atmosphere and Chris the bartender was very welcoming and focused on ensuring guests were well attended to
