This hotel is convenient right off the expressway. It's good for a night stay when traveling through the area. The place is clean, the staff was kind, the breakfast was typical of a free hotel breakfast, no complaint with it.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was very hard and somehow lumpy as well. I did not sleep well, and in hindsight I should have gotten up and tried to sleep on the window lounger seat that was in our queen bed room. Overall the place was fine and worth what we paid for a night just before 4th of July week.

The breakfast is always suitable with efficient choices. Plus, coffee and hot water and a microwave are available at all times. Additionally, fresh water with lemon and cookies. The gentleman who works during the breakfast always makes sure it is clean and stocked- plus he is very cordial!

I do bring my own gluten free items as I did not see any available, but then again I did not ask so maybe they had some options.

Staff friendly and helpful. Room was just what we needed., nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and well stocked. Coffee was excellent. Breakfast room staff gentleman was very friendly. obliging and ready full fill any request if he could.

Our room was a little stuffy when we arrived. But once we got the fan going it aired our nicely.

Quiet room, very comfortable bed with nice pillows, excellent shower (good pressure, lots of hot water, non-skid tub, a free-flowing drain, handy grab bar and soap/shampoo dispensers), good space to set luggage, easy parking, reasonable price compared with other area lodging.

Very small room (I guess that’s why it’s called Microtel), limited vanity space around the sink, dirty carpet, desk chair had rubber pads on the legs which made it just about impossible to pull the chair out from the desk as they stuck to the carpet (extremely inconvenient!). Our room was OK for one night but we would not likely stay again.

They always make cookies for people to have in the lobby. The staff is very polite and the rooms are clean. Plus it is located conveniently near the Thruway and near the highway into Rochester

Just in general motel prices get too high in the summer otherwise I'd go more frequently

I like how comfortable the bed and pillows are. I love how breakfast is provided. I love waffles, but I don't know how to use those waffle irons.

The handicap parking spaces are not by the entrance where they should be. My fiancee with physical disability had a hard time walking far with her walker from the handicap parking space to the entrance.

Ideally situated to visit our friends. A good motel which fulfils its purpose well.

Our ground-floor room, at the front of the building next to the main entrance, really needed net curtains. Had to be dressed before opening the curtains to the morning sun.

Staff were very friendly! We have stayed here before and like the location. Several places nearby to grab a bite to eat! Our request for a room away from road noise was fulfilled!

Breakfast selections were slim. When I read other reviews and people remark that there were not enough options I usually find that is not so. We are satisfied most of the time. But believe me no hot options other than the pancake maker. No fresh fruit. Coffee was good!

Clean room. Had a Bathtub. Very helpful cleaning lady when our key didn’t work, woman at front desk friendly, professional, welcoming.

Stairwell carpet dirty, not vacuumed. Scanning QR code for tipping; would rather leave cash in an envelope.
