An historic building located in a prime location within walking distance of museums, restaurants and theatre. The staff were very welcoming and met all other requests, in addition to suggesting places to eat nearby. Loved the character of the building, which was echoed in decor that was faithful and maintained the elegance of old wealth, while still providing all expected modern amenities. The bed, pillows and linens were luxurious, lending to great sleep during our 3-day stay. Minor cosmetic imperfections in the room are a testament to the authentic quality of the furnishings. Area was very quiet and safe for walking around.

The hotel is also very good, the name is very special, it looks very historical, the hotel staff, I have seen the most enthusiastic, the best service attitude, the hotel staff from the front desk reception, the handsome man who opened the door for us, the restaurant staff are very good, we also had dinner in the hotel restaurant, steak is good, wine is good, shrimp rolls are also very delicious. After dinner we also took a walk near the hotel, which is very convenient in the city center. The bed in the room is very big, very large bed, very comfortable, the hotel is great, will book again next time.

Amazing location, very stylish decors throughout the hotel, really love the aesthetics embodied culture and history, what a pleasant surprise to find a jazz bar in the basement!

The only thing I dislike is the breakfast - literally just coffee and pastries (pretty much all gone by 9 am). I will recommend the staffs don’t tell guests about the breakfast because of non-existence

Slippers would have been nice. I also found pillows to be a bit flat for my liking. One thing that really caught my eye - the fabric used on futons in common areas. Such a beautiful historical place and such cheap tacky material. It kind of throws off

Everything! I arrived earlier than the check in time and was able to get into my room without issue. The food was SPECTACULAR . my partner and I could not stop thinking about or talking about the food after our date night. We’ve already booked for our anniversary next year.

This was not the properties fault, I just wished I’d booked a room with a bigger bed. Needed more room!

Beautiful aesthetic, vintage and comfortable beds. Our room was 401 and we loved the layout. Beautiful comfortable tub. Love the decor of the entire hotel. The bed was like lying in a cloud.

Very bare minimum. It seemed sparse but they may be due to the size of the room. Additionally, a real downside of this hotel is The window curtains were not blackout so we were up early.

Accommodations were great. Inn was beautifully decorated. Very clean and quiet. The bathroom was spotless and I loved the bathrobe that was supplied. Enjoyed that there was great cable TV channels and Wi-Fi. Comfortable bed.

The cold water from the bathroom faucet was hot water. Also, the complementary breakfast items were scarce and when I asked if there were any granola bars he looked and said all out of them. I was surprised that there was no ice or vending machine. I said water was hot from faucet so could I have 2 bottles of water and I was charged $6.

We were stopping in Rochester for an evening and stayed at the Inn. It was so conveniently located we were able to do a lot of activities including enjoying the lively neighborhood in the evening and amazing coffee at Java's the next morning. Thumbs up!

The Inn on Broadway is beautiful! This is an older historic building. The building inside and out is very well maintained. The reception is very welcoming! The rooms are very comfortable and appointed!

We walked to the Genesee Brewery and came across some undesirable people ! However it is an easy walk!

Cool vibe. Old school feel with an actual key to the room. Bed was comfortable. Fireplace and soaking tub wear very nice touches. Complimentary beverage at the bar.

The bathroom. It was ice cold. The shower itself was massive and had body sprayers, which was good, but the shower head was so low I had to duck my head to get under it and I’m not tall.
