Very nice brand new property. Opened in May 2023. Still smells brand new as of January 2025 inside the rooms. Very good beds and layout. They only charge 10% of entire stay as incidental deposit, which is interesting; least I have ever seen. 55 inch TV, if that matters. Waffles and other basic stuff as breakfast. Lots of parking. Walmart across the road.

Chair/desk areas in room is badly designed and there’s huge gashes in the wall next to the desk because of the chair moving around. “WattStopper” technology in the room is extremely annoying. You need to leave a key card inserted into a slot by the door in order to activate the lighting. Very dumb design again, but all new hotels are going this way to save money. Small bathroom, but it’s a budget hotel. Peephole wasn’t covered.

better breakfest would be nice

I cannot say enough about the staff! They were so friendly and always busy taking care of people or cleaning. In passing I had mentioned that I would need an iron/board later in the day and when I came back to my room later in the day the iron and board were waiting for me with a sweet note attached. It is rare these days for someone to be so in tune with the needs of people in their facility. I was so impressed with everyone and was made to feel at home, watched over and cared for just like you would care for a family member.. great job!

I brought my own pillow but if I hadn’t the pillows would have been too thick for my neck. They were perfect for back and belly support though. They may have had different kinds but since I had my own, I did not need to inquire…

I loved the bed & wanted the pillows to bring home! They were so comfy. The bathroom was clean & had towels ready for us. The sheets/blankets were clean. Every room had a microwave & mini fridge, so we kept drinks with us. The staff was awesome, very nice! The breakfast was much better than the one in Senaca Falls. They actually had 2 waffle makers, muffins, different breakfast sandwiches in the fridge, juice, cereal, milk, etc! It was just a great place to stay & will come back again! Great stay for the money! 💯😁💜 BTW in the room you put the key into the wall slot by the door & it turns the light sockets/lights on beside the bed. Lol

They do have the water on a system to where it cuts off for like 15 minutes, so you don't have water at that time, but I didn't mind it. Some people may not like it, though. Lol

Well laid out, spacious and comfortable room. Easy parking. Location close to Walmart and Lowe’s which makes it easy to gather supplies for students moving in or out of university dorms.

Breakfast seemed to be a bit chaotic with many items missing- one day cutlery, another day napkins…. Sometimes no bagels, only packaged cookies.

Room size was great, multiple sitting surfaces, having an additional sink, having a desk, clean and new and fresh feel, breakfast was well stocked and seemed fresh, lobby was comfortable, coffee 24 hours, tv worked great and easy to use, having a clock and alarm, blackout curtains, front desk Ashlee was so welcoming and kind. She checked us in and out. It makes all the difference having a helpful and happy person at first and last impression.

The lighting in the bathroom could have been brighter only for the act of applying makeup but its not a deal breaker.

The hotel was easy to reach and had just what we needed for a quick visit to the area. The breakfast was simple, but met our needs and the kids liked making waffles. The movie channels included were a nice selection. We did not use the gym facilities, but they looked nice.

The soundproofing was not too good. The room was quiet at night, but we could hear the entire conversation of our neighbor the next morning when he was on a work call.

Very friendly staff, very clean surroundings, comfortable and spacious- offering a decent continental breakfast. Great value overall. Booked a second stay.

Only minor dislike was there weren’t any single serve containers of milk offered so that the cereal and/or coffee could be easily brought back to our room.

Hotel was clean, quiet and smelled new. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was nice. Walmart and Taco Bell across the street and KFC next door.

Rooms were very small. No frills at all. Guest in line ahead of me had been charged twice for her stay but could not be refunded because a manager was not available.

Enjoyed an early breakfast before leaving on our triip home

I forwarded an email of complaint shortly after arriving home. In short, our room had no normal bed pillows. What we were provided instead were a poor substitute for a pillow. Large, round, very wide objects that looked like "logs" that were way too firm to be comfortable. As a result, neither my wife nor I got any sleet that night. We were up at 6:30 a m and got something to eat before leaving for home. Both of us arrived at home exhausted. Very bad stay.
