Everything about our stay was great. The staff, location, the room and the price.

There was nothing that I would say I disliked. I liked everything about our stay. I would only say that I was looking forward to the bed being as comfy as the beds at the Holiday Inn in Webster but they weren’t. They weren’t uncomfortable though. They were still pretty good beds. I have no complaints about anything hung with our stay.

The breakfast was great, a lot of variety. Hot breakfast was actually hot. Beverage choices and food choices were great

I was disappointed in the price. $400 per night is very steep. It was because of graduation weekend at RIT, all the Henrietta hotels were booked when I was looking for a hotel for the weekend. Our daughter was graduating from RIT so I had to find something. I was very relieved, however, that your facility was so clean and everyone was very accomidating. We have had some uncomfortable and horrible stays in Henrietta over the past 4 years. So while I'm grateful for the very pleasant stay at your facility, I think the price was way over the top.

Excellent breakfast with many options including egg white omelettes and gluten free breads. Beds were very comfortable with good linens and pillows. Great bathroom products and certainly very clean.

The bathroom didn’t have a fan so it steamed up bad and there was some mildew beginning in the shower.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the jacuzzi and pool were a relief after a long drive, and the breakfast was good. There was a microwave and fridge in the room, which was helpful.

The bed was comfortable enough but not as comfortable as I would have liked.

Gravy biscuit

Eggs where rubbery ran out of food told they are waiting for delivery. The girl that is to be in there wasn't you could find her talking up at the front desk talking to other workers.

The property was extremely well kept very clean. It was also easy to navigate you weren’t confused where your room was.

There was literally nothing. I didn’t like about this property.

Had an issue. Brought it to the attention of SAM who dealt with me in a professional, friendly manner to find a resolution.

Regardless of temperature setting the room was too warm

Across the hall there was a party all hours! We did not call the front desk, that was in us but it was excessive.

the property was nice and spacious. my daughter enjoyed the pool. the continental breakfast was a good addition to our stay it makes my kids happy.

The sheets on my bed where not clean. they smelled like cigarette smoke. I had an allergic reaction and broke out in a rash on my face from the pillow case was not changed. There were a lot of kids staying when I was there they were running up and down the halls and making a lot of noise.
