The room is clean with a mini fridge and microwave. The parking is just next to rhe room. Breakfast is coffee, tea, juice with packaged pastries and granola bars.

Breakfast is hot beverage with store bought pastries and granola bars. It is not the same with those hotels who serve a full Breakfast with toast, bagels, eggs etc... This, I think they should not put in as " Breakfast included"..

This must be a new or newly refurbished motel. The woman at the front desk was so nice and helpful with information with directions and traffic concerns as we were there for a concert. The room was spotless, sheets were so clean, and the bathroom looked like we were the first ones to use it. I can't say enough about the cleanliness. When we were leaving we saw the owners and they too were very kind as well. I highly recommend staying there, I know we'll be back next time were in town.

As a solo female traveler, I typically do not stay in motels with exterior doors exposed. This was a rare exception, as the price was in budget. That said, I was pleasantly surprised the area and property seemed quiet and safe, and most occupants were families. The room was well appointed, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I recommend to others and would stay again if in the area again.

A bit run down on exterior, but not enough to deter. The rooms are what matters for travelers.

I was surprised at the quality of the room. I didn't expect much, I just needed a cheap place to stay. The room was small compared to other places I stay - but it was perfect! And the room was spotless. The people were very friendly. I would have rated it a 10 if they offered coffee before 7 am. The good news is, there's a Dunkin' Donut directly behind the motel. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very comfortable bed. Good shower with lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain, a handy shelf and grab bar. Easy parking just outside the room. Fast wifi. Jason and Bella at the front desk were super.

Odd smell in the room and no place to sit other than the desk chair (not convenient for two people), otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Location was great and the owners were friendly and helpful.

Hot tub could have been cleaner and the jets could have been fixed or replaced. The breakfast could have been better too, but other than that everything was great.

We love this place!! The owners are very nice, the room was clean and well kept, it looked like everything was new! Great price and great location for the lake and the casino. We will definitely be returning here on future trips!!

There is muffins and coffee for their included breakfast, but there is an amazing restaurant right next door!

Easy to locate, on my way to visit family. It was basic but very clean, comfortable and presentable.

No tea/coffee making facilities, but that's probably just a British thing

No rugs so SUPER clean, comfy bed and very pleasant staff. Next door is an excellent diner we enjoyed for dinner.. they are also open for breakfast.

There was prepackaged danish and fruit for breakfast but really no regular hotel/motel has anything different since covid.. Forgot to let them know the bathroom door closed and opened very hard. Door plate was off a bit. 104 I think was the rm#

Unlike, typically roadside motels, this place is super clean, well maintained and very comfortable. We came very late but staff was friendly and helpful, they made a special arrangement for us, providing two connected rooms which made a huge difference for my family.
