The staff was very pleasant, and honest! I left my wallet in the room after I checked out, and the cleaning lady found it and called me right away! The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable.

The price. There was a CMAC concert the night we stayed, so I understand that the price might reflect that. But I was charged double the price! This is a "BUDGET Inn hotel, with no frills, no pool or breakfast. The price gouging was excessive, and disappointing.

Very friendly proprietor family. The room was a nice size, exceptionally clean and comfortable. There were no odd smells as some older motels can have. AC worked perfectly. While we prefer the newer vinyl flooring, the carpet appeared clean. Water pressure and drainage, for sink, toilet and shower worked well. We prefer motel over hotels... vehicle right out side the door and no noise overhead. We stayed Fri and Sat and did not have any loud neighbors. Centrally located for our daily travels. We visited north to Chimney Bluff and South to Hammondsport. Acceptable distances for us. We will definitely stay again.

Shower could get extemely hot. May need a scald guard? Nothing else, we were very pleased.

Great motel in a great location. This is a family operated older motel. The family members all are EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Extra large rooms and parking spaces. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.. We will DEFINITELY be requesting a room at this motel on our next visit.

I should have stayed longer

Room is very good and clean for the price.

Her attitude. The older lady upon arrival was extremely rude and disrespectful. I am disabled and asked for a chair. She ignored me a few times and refused the chair. A child over heard her and he brought me his little chair, but he is like 6-7 there's no way I could use his chair. Finally. A young girl brought out an office chair and I used it, but the old woman refused to take of my reservation.

Proximity to CMAC for a concert I was attending. Basic room for basic needs. Good fridge and microwave

I know not much can be done but the a/c units are loud because they are close to the beds. Windows did not lock but were the type that roll open with a handle so they can't be "pushed up" to open from the outside.

Almost everything! Exceptionally clean, maintained, and comfortable for an older facility with older furnishings and design features. The price was the best I could find in the area. It was simple to book and pay through Booking.com .

nothing. Because of how well everything was maintained in-spite of its age, I had no problem with the older furnishings.

The staff were excellent, super friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed that it was run by a hardworking family. The Inn is in a great central location in the Finger Lakes region.

Since it isn't run by a major corporation. There are limited frills and thrills. There needs to be a designated smoking area away from the hotel. Some of the smoke makes it to the rooms at the end of the building.

What could have better pertaining to safety would be the chain locks on the door. My sister and I loved everything about our room, but we felt ill at ease because of the doors old fashioned chain lock. If they could update the doors or the chain locks for safety, that would be perfect!

A little over priced. Same price for other hotels with amenities, eg free breakfast, pool. No coffee in the tiny lobby. There was a coffee maker & coffee in the room but I would never use those. They’re always kinda dirty.

This is a very good, one star hotel. It is an older property, somewhat dated, like old fashioned hotels used to be. No frills, no breakfast, but a good bed at an affordable price. Owner is courteous and helpful. Room has more floor space than the average hotel room. Wi-Fi was secure. I’d stay here again. Fridge and microwave.

Can’t really think of anything. For a one star hotel it was adequate.
