Enjoyed buffet breakfast. Room was comfortable. Very good soundproofed windows. Hardly noticed the sounds of jackhammering of 490 interchange supports. our friends in a different wing didn't even hear it.

Room's bathroom could use a little TLC. Toilet rocked. Shower had signs of rust (more caulking) Didn't report it to front desk at 4:30am check-out. Not awake yet and not that big of issue.

This is an attractive hotel with decent food and a location that worked for my husband and me given our reasons for being in Pittsford.

“Garden Inn” has the sound of a hotel more luxurious than this is, but that didn’t detract from our comfort for one night.

Not much. Only fault was my morning bacon was not hot which was fixed. There’s a wall thermostat in the room but you’re supposed to use the controls on the unit. Odd and confusing.

Open/clean facility we found the employees friendly and helpful. I hear the pool and hot tub were excellent and breakfast was available in the am..I though it was nice that the am server advised that if we ordered off the menu all cold items on buffet were included! I grabbed some delicious strawberries

The staff were great, the lady Becca was very helpful to me and my fiance, she was very nice as well. The bartender Sara was great as well. Rooms were clean, facilities weren't overcrowded. Overall presentation was good. 10/10

The Lobby and the restraunt were quite exceptable. We only had breakfast and the staff was friendly and service was excelant. Thank you

We only stayed overnight, the ironing board needed to be replaced and I forgot to let the staff know at the desk . Otherwise all was excelant.

Convenient location, clean lobby, friendly staff. Clean room.

Very little parking in front and no access door in back with majority of parking. Rooms could use a refresh. Slightly stale smell in room.

The location was perfect for us.

The room air was very dry, typical of that type of hotel. The WiFi wasn’t working, but or stay was just overnight so this wasn’t critical for us.

The manager made it very special for my daughter's birthday by giving her a special gift of snacks and a card.
