Nice location, clean room, reasonable amenities for the price, easy check-in and check-out.

The TV was missing a remote for volume control; only the cable box had a remote (and that box was plugged into a switch-controlled outlet, rather than the lights being plugged into that outlet). The "breakfast" was a piece of fruit, a cup of watered-down juice or bitter coffee, and a single pre-packaged muffin or pack of mini-donuts -- hardly satisfying. They should skip offering the so-called "continental breakfast" and just knock a few bucks off the price of the stay instead.

The location was perfect, as we were there to visit family members that live in canandaigua. The room was a good size, with a very comfortable bed. It is very convenient to have a microwave and coffee maker in the room.

The place does need to be updated.. Personally I truly believe that when people leave a room, the group that maintains the cleanliness of the room should move things and clean around and behind and under. I didn't like that our top blanket had a cigarette burn in it. Not that we ever use the top blanket anyways but still.

The staff were very friendly, on point with any requests we had. When the cable started giving us trouble they offered to move us to a different room if they couldn't get it fixed. Mini fridge for food in the room was nice, beds were soft and comfortable, loved having the included breakfast. Trash was removed daily and housekeeping even gave us a few extra bags for any additional trash that wouldn't fit in the waste bin. Facility was very clean and had easy access to everything. The staff even helped us carry our belongings which was unexpected but welcome.

Only thing that would've been nice to have would be a handicap accessible bathtub.

It was very close to CMAC for a concert. It was a comfortable room. Had microwave and fridge. It was good for a one night stay (or more). We only needed it for one night, so we didn't have to drive home late. Would stay again.

Staff was beyond helpful and extremely nice! Offered an 'Uber' service with their staff members to get us to and from CMAC.

It's obviously an older building that needs some attention here and there. It wasn't an issue for us, we only needed the room to sleep before heading back home.

It's so close to town and the lake. Great hotel that is within walking distance to CMAC venue. Check in was fast. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and helpful.

The room needed a dehumidifier. My clothes and slippers were damp in the morning. You could smell the dampness entering the room.
