Location is beautiful, everything is convenient and close proximity. Staff were lovely. The rooms were extremely large and open. The bed was comfortable. The fireplace was nice although we couldn't turn it on. The view from the room was great!

From the reviews and online we expected the facilities to be much larger. We felt the rooms could use updating including the furniture and carpeting. A fresh coat of paint and update the prints on the wall would make a world of difference. The furniture would be better replaced with antique pieces or reproductions in keeping with the atmosphere of the castle. Although you wouldn't want to make the rooms super modern however they are definitely right out of the 90s. Perhaps the rooms in the castle area may be different than the ones in the main building however we never saw the inside.

Real creamer for the coffee in the room would be a lovely amenity. Also it would be nice to offer the guests a carafe of the spigot wine available in the castle rooms as another amenity. Fireplace insert seems too large for the actual fireplace. Smelled gas. Co2 monitor went off. Beautiful view from the room!

Property was great, nice location, good view of the Seneca Lake, quiet, etc. All in all a great getaway.

Dinner could have been better. Traditional continental breakfast was disappointing. We ate in main dining room and service was slow and entrees were just okay.

Great location, very large room, super comfortable bed. Free wine tasting given at check in.

This is petty, but the elevator was weird and beeped loudly at every floor, super annoying. The wine we tasted was not good, but I appreciated the tasting, regardless.

The Service in the Restaurant for Dinner was slow and disorganized. there was a new employee along with Hostess Bartender and Waitress. The other 3 were over stretched, breakdown of workload was uneven and the food delivery was slow. This needs to be better.

I loved how great everyone was to accommodate us and how the room we stayed in was so comfortable and had a beautiful view of the lake. It truly was a beautiful experience and I would love to stay again in the future.

I would have liked it better if there had been better breakfast options rather than just the select few things. Due to there being so little to choose from my husband and I ended up getting breakfast somewhere else after we checked out

The room was wonderful, and the staff very nice.

The fireplace did not work. A new unit was in place and it was too large for the opening. I reported to the staff, and they told me they were awarae. No accommodation was offered ( rate reduction, gift certificate). The fireplace was a specific request upon booking as the trip was a romantic get away. The toasters (2), for the morning breakfast were not working. Many people were upset.

Love the location. The grounds are beautiful! The jacuzzi tubs are lovely! Beautiful lake view! Love that some wine tastings are included with the cost of the room.

Expensive for what it is. Coffee supplies in room are Limited. Would Be nice to have some liquid creamer in the fridge.

The location of the breakfast was lovely,in the castle. The food offered was all packaged and nothing very special. The coffee was good.

A hot breakfast would have sent us off in a happier frame of mind. Also your desk staff could have been a little more sociable and less business like and wished us safe travels as we checked out.

The jacuzzi was great. And the big shower. Bed was very comfortable and seeing the morning sunrise on the lake was breathtaking.

The breakfast could have been a warm one. Not just the cold packaged food. And the TV was kind of small for the size of the room. Had to get out of bed to turn off. And could have a larger selection of stations.
