The location was super with access to main roads and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was handy and good.

When we arrived there was one half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. We were able to pick more up at the desk. There was a mass of some type of insect in the corner of the ice machine room. The towels in the pool were little more than washcloths. Housekeeping did not make the beds.

N/A- really just slept there and got out at 6am. Stopped at the front desk for a plastic fork and the staff was very nice. Check in was super fast and easy too.

It’s a beautiful location right by Seneca Lake, the little lady who does the breakfast is amazing! Nice to see such pride!

I’ve stayed here many times over the years and it’s starting to look a little shabby. At $300 a night it’s expensive for what you get.

Location was perfect for visiting wineries. Room location was convenient. Breakfast was great.

Hot tub was closed which was not advertised. When we returned from breakfast staff was already in trying to clean our room (not even 9am) and we hadn't checked out yet

Pool was out of service for most of the day - we were there one night, but both days, it was out of service in the day. It would open at 5pm, which was rather late. Desk chair needs replacement.

Waited quite awhile at the front desk for staff to come out of the back room. Bathroom needs updating... Old shower door with mold in the track (room 106). Sheets were cheap and very scratchy.

We stayed for the half marathon and what a perfect location. It was great to be able to swim and go in the hot tub after the race!!

A few updates in the room would be nice, the bathroom fixtures were needing some repair.

Breakfasts were wonderful with good variety AND it was kept warm throughout the meal. Good location, able to walk to shops and restaurants and to the river.

Location was great, it is across from the lake and there are beautiful views. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was excellent. The floor we were on was quiet and we couldn’t hear our neighbors.

The dryer didn’t work very well, we figured out there is a bird nest in the vent. It meant our clothes took twice as long to dry. Everything else was great.

Hampton in always offers us tea coffee whenever we like it. we can have a piece of fruit anytime. they offer a nice breakfast spread evry morning. the staff was so kind from check in to the breakfast ladies to the staff cleaning rooms all so helpful and pleasant .

the pool hours could be open early like at 7 so we can swim before our day begins. too much to do during the day to swim. they offer a light roast coffee . our whole group prefer a dark roast.
