Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and inviting.

Early morning breakfast there was no regular coffee. It was being made but we didn't know that and no one was around to ask. When the staff member appeared with the coffee and I said something like " oh there IS regular coffee" she was a bit snippy, She softened her tone by way of apology. Since she was the only one around I realize she really couldn't be in two places at once. I feel there should always be another person at the desk when another staff member is busy behind the scenes.

You SERIOUSLY need to get some hydraulic engineers in to fix your hot and cold water supply! The first time I used the cold water tap, I thought the supply lines were reversed. They were not, but the same thing happened every time. The cold water tap kept getting hotter and hotter. It made the shower unusable. And the water pressure was very unstable.

The staff made an accommodation for my arrival time because I was in the area to attend a funeral and I needed a shower after many hours of driving to reach the hotel. Staff was great! Breakfast was very good with a variety of foods, and the room was lovely. Pool was well maintained and heated, but only to the point where it was refreshing, rather than ice cold. All around a wonderful experience.

Our room, an end unit located conveniently right next to a side door, was loud due to door rattle whenever the outside door was used during the high wind Saturday night. Not a complaint. It just was. We will return.

The staff and the facility was clean they were helpfull when you needed something or had an issue they tried to fix it.

We couldn't connect my son's ps5 to the internet the pool was cloudy and it was little pricy

The height of bed was good. Breakfast buffet was good. Check in clerk was very nice, down to earth and very helpful.

I thought it being a handicap room there would have been a higher toilet and ( or at the very least) handrails near the toilet. There was nothing but bare wall and a very low toilet. It was accessible for hearing impaired and that was it. I'm hoping that they can change this in the future and possibly make their handicap rooms all around handicap, not just certain features, as this was very misleading. On the breakfast buffet I would have appreciated plain scrambled eggs as they had onions and peppers in them and they don't agree with me and I couldn't enjoy them ...

We loved it, the pool was clean, the breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to local bars, as well as the Casino. The property was clean and well maintained.

Honestly I have nothing negative to say.

Shuttle bus broke down. Hotel reimbursed guests for their Uber or Taxi rides. That's the way to do business!! Breakfast was excellent...well stocked up to the end!

Getting into the parking lot is quite interesting. There is no front entrance either.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was ample. The staff really st your place apart. Very friendly and interested in our activities. They even helped us understand the Hilton honors set up.

There were several noises, perhaps some due to wind, that I heard throughout the night. It seemed like it was coming from the roof (I was on top floor), but mostly I liked this hotel.
