We needed a cheaper room for the night and you know how that goes, usually. But we were pleasantly surprised. The place is a bit older but it was clean. I always pull the sheets down before I get in the bed and they passed my inspection. The sheets were a nice quality too! Nice pillows. So if you don’t need super fancy, go ahead and ck it out. The tub is older, but shower pressure was good.

I can usually sleep anywhere. The bed was very very firm. I’m not used to that. It’s not a bad thing, but I couldn’t get as comfy. If you like a firm bed, they can meet your needs! Husband wasn’t impressed with the breakfast but he basically wants a buffet. It’s a decent breakfast.

Location, we actually were traveling 25 minutes further down Rt. 31. This was the closest available, which meant for a pleasant drive. We were attending a 100th birthday party in Clyde, NY. We arrived from Syracuse Airport in our rented car and first impression how fresh the Rodeway Inn appeared. Our room was very large and newly decorated. The color palette was refreshing and not “grandma” style. Good job! Bathroom is large enough for 2 people to get ready at same time. I will say the exhaust was too loud though. Immaculately clean, and our housekeeper (did not get her name) very nice and approachable. Sincerely wanted to assist us, even though we said everything was great. After the party, I brought a large slice of birthday cake to Peter at the front desk. It was to thank him for arranging our room near our friends. He was very professional and friendly. A quieter exhaust fan.

I picked this motel because of its location along the route and its price and was pleasantly surprised just what a wonderful bargain it was–and spotlessly clean! it was just an overnight stay along the way, but it had everything needed: shower/tub, fridge, microwave, very comfortable beds (2 kings! not the 2 queens I had booked.) Breakfast, while largely prepackaged, was nonetheless substantial, with milk, juice, coffee, fruit, hot & cold cereal, breads, breakfast sandwiches, more. Staff was pleasant & courteous.

I can't recall anything to complain about!

Breakfast was simple and just right to start the day. The location was ideal for my needs.

The door had a broken pin for the "swing" lock but dead bolt was fine. Some cleanliness issues were noticed but minor. The bed and coverings were really nice and comfortable.

The owner is over-controlling and extremely cheap! For example, they have tiny breakfast sandwiches and posted a note: "one sandwich per customer", and the owner, pretending that he is watching the news, is circling the breakfast area looking at your food.

Happy there was a coffee maker, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, room was more spacious than expected. Great value for the money.

It’s a little farther from Syracuse U than expected, where our daughter goes to school.

It was quiet, clean, looked pretty nice. Really liked the jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches that they provided for breakfast and the coffee was also really good:)

The buses of illegal immigrants that were dropped off at the motel to stay. I felt kinda unsafe but they did not bother me or my friend while we were staying there.

The location was excellent for the eclipse. The breakfast was minimal but had enough to eat and fill up. TV worked great. The shower had excellent pressure. The owners and workers were very helpful (with suggestions and directions).

Nothing to complain about-very nice place.

We loved the way the outside looked, so cute! Our room was very cozy and clean. The gentleman that checked us in was great.

Our only complaint would be the beds were bit to firm for us.

The price was very good for the attitude and service provided. Clean and friendly, making it a very good vslue.

TV options were poor. Other thsn that, the room was fine.
