It's exactly what we expected - a well priced motel with a comfortable room and a pool. The staff are wonderful and do whatever they can to make your stay a good one! The place is perfectly located between Skaneateles and Auburn. Cutest gift shop right across the road! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

Water pressure isn't the strongest because they're in the country and on a well but it's just fine. Water was drinkable and had zero smell like I've read in other reviews. Seriously, not a problem at all!

The value was great and the room was comfortable, clean, and private. The location made for an easy trip between Auburn and Skaneateles. Check-in was quick and check-out was a breeze with the key dropbox. Recommend!

I wish there had been small breakfast foods like muffins or instant oatmeal available in the morning, but that was not expected because the listing was very clear ahead of time. Overall, if I find myself in this area again, I will likely return to this inn.

Excellent location, 1.5 miles from Village of Skaneateles NY, so walking the 2 village lakeside parks was easy and nearby. Very quiet even with Rte 20 out front. Excellent cleanliness and all needed comforts - microwave, fridge, a/c etc were fine. Owners live on the property; they were A + thorough and very accommodating. Easy parking up to your room; so luggage from trunk to door is simple! My visits to the Finger Lakes will be @ Skaneateles Inn on 20! -

very basic, comfortable room. it was clean, decently priced, staff was friendly. lots of really hot water:) there’s a pool as well but it was chilly… about 5 minutes from the lake and village. the neighborhood seemed very decent as well. the parking lot was well lit at night, and I felt very safe, even as a single female traveler. This isn’t fancy by any means, but clean and comfortable, which is exactly what I’m looking for! I definitely would go back.

The accommodation was a 3-room with a bathroom apartment, located in the rear of the property, which was very quiet. Its location was close to the village of Skaneateles and a short drive to Auburn. The on-site managers were pleasant and helpful.

The overall look of the property, and the apartment, was "tired." There weren't any room-darkening curtains or shades in the living room nor the bedroom. The kitchen lacked soap to wash the dishes and towels to dry things if washed. The refrigerator's freezer lacked trays to make ice cubes.

The room was clean and the owner was very nice. The location was great. Nice and quiet. Beds were comfortable there is a swimming pool and a nice area in front to sit and relax. Price was great. This is the second time I've been there.

Only thing was refrigerator froze some of our sandwiches.

The cleanliness . There was complimentary soda and water and crackers and coffee..very much appreciated. I loved the privacy. Appreciated having soap in the bathroom.

Only thing is that we could definitely have used more towels. There were 4 of us.. only 2 towels. Was too late when we returned to ask for more.

The location was good AC it was very clean.

The door into our room didn’t stay closed unless you locked it. There was a significant space along the bottom of the door and the front window has a large crack in it. So they get a poor score for making a guest feel as if they or their belongs are safe and secure.

There was no breakfast that we were aware of. The motel is definitely old school, but clean as a whistle and that counts for a LOT!!!!

We barely saw any staff except one person at check in who wasn’t overly friendly. Last time we were there we never saw anyone! Covid precautions I guess….
