The room was very clean which is a pet peeve of mine. Staff at the front desk were super friendly and ease of checkin was great also. Zero complaints for the stay experience.

The beds were firm. But some may like them like that. I’m a neutral when sleeping as I like them soft and mid form for sleeping. No complaints

Breakfast was not great but it reflected in the low overnight rates. We went to a local restaurant for food.

i booked the room and paid 2 days ahead of time. i asked if i could check in when i arrived after traveling 12hrs and 726 miles. i had to wait till 3pm to check in because there were alot of rooms not cleaned because the cleaning crew didnt arrive till 9am. i dont think thats right to might travelers from out of town wait that long, especially if theyve already booked and paid for room!

The location was convenient, staff at check in very pleasant.

The area I stayed in was apparently extended stay. It smelled heavily of smoke, and the area around the exit was filthy, the ground covered with dog urine and feces, garbage and cigarette butts. The bathroom sink leaks horribly ~ I told housekeeping, who smiled, and said “I know”.

I liked how suite was divided into two sections, with nice high counter and sink. I liked the lady that worked mornings at the desk/breakfast, she was very friendly. I loved that window opened for fresh air.

The water pressure in bathroom was great, except Showerhead! Ugh!

The room was cosy, the big mirror, the bathroom was nice, there was an iron board and iron. There wasn’t a microwave in the room but there was one in the breakfast area which the receptionist kindly let me use. The receptionist was very helpful. I had a nice room.

Wish there was a fridge but I survived

The ice machine broke down, but when the outside door near my room didn't allow us back in near my room, they upgraded us to a suite near the working door. Very accommodating.

Location, helpful friendly staff.It is the best value for money in Syracuse area.

Worn .Needs a deep clean.

I liked the setting of the property as far as it was off the road a bit. There was plenty of parking space.

Breakfast was adequate for most people. The location is a little far, but the value made up for it.

Our toilet seat was broken, so it slipped when you moved on it. A fridge in the room would be a welcome addition. The offer of an "upgrade" was laughable (an ironing board for $14 more).
