My son and I use to come here all the time just to spend the night in the winter so we could use the pool for a lil something different. We haven't been able to do it in a couple years so this was a big treat for us. We love what has been done to the facility everything looks and smells so fresh no smoking smell new furniture and paint. Showers big and the shampoo and conditioner are amazing!! And u can't say that about many hotels.

The girl at the front desk was very quiet and only spoke when she had to tell me to sign something. Very loud noise started around 9 sounded like maintenance banging things it lasted for awhile I finally called the front desk to complain around 11 because it was keeping me and my son up it literally was so loud!! I am happy to say that after the call the noise immediately stopped which I'm very thankful for

Excellent stay! The shuttle service was brilliant - although I struggled to get in touch on landing in America (my data plan would give me internet, but no calls!) but a security guard helped me out. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the shower has a good water pressure. The air conditioning was very easy to use, and the rooms were well insulated from sound. Whilst the breakfast wasn't to my taste (I'm a little fussy with food), I can definitely see others approving of the selection!

I liked that the place was all remodeled and brand new. Everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was enjoyable and staff was friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

I didn't like that we had a couple next door that played loud music at midnight when I was trying to go to sleep. I alerted the front desk and someone came up and quickly stopped it. What I also didnt like was that I called the front desk twice from the in room phone and no one picked up. I had to physically go down there in my pajamas to get someone to come take care of the problem.

We loved how close it is to the airport. The breakfast started early enough for us to enjoy. Loved the selection of breakfast items. The room was very spacious and very comfortable.

I thought I booked directly with the hotel, but I guess it was Booking.com. Not only did Booking.com charge my card, but I also had to pay again at the hotel and was not given a receipt. I definitely have to check my accounts when I get home from this trip.

When we arrived, we were greeted by Danielle, the friendliest, most professional and helpful front desk manager I have encountered at a Holiday Inn. She talked to my grandson about the pool, she offered us the shuttle services to the airport, she made sure we got a quiet room, and since the vending machine would not take my card, she offered us a bottle of water. After having stayed at other hotels around the area in Syracuse, this one is the one we would come back to for sure.

The room was nice and cool; floors clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great to have a shuttle service to the airport.

While taking a shower, the shower floor filled with water. I got out and popped up the drain cover- a long metal drain over the actual drain- and discovered LOADS of black hair clogging the drain. (My hair is gray, so not mine.) obviously, the bathroom was not cleaned well.

I think the woman who was serving the breakfast and restocking should not be touching food with her bare hands. That is the only one thing I saw in this hotel that I truly thought was disgusting. Everything else was fine. Have some manners and don’t touch peoples omelettes with your bare hands. I seen you do it.

Everything except for the food lady was great

Room was nice and cleaned. The lady that checked us in was helpful, friendly and very sweet. The gentleman that drove the van to the airport was extremely sweet and made sure everything was good.

The breakfast was ok. Mostly a little cold. The morning staff all looked mad and unhappy to be there. They just followed you around with their eyes and it was uneasy and just creepy. The shower has a big Crack in the shower. They might want to take care of that.

Staff at this location were wonderful! From checking in to the shuttle drivers they could not have been more accommodating! My flight was delayed and I missed my connection. Booked your hotel and then called to ask if the shuttle could pick me up. Driver asked if I had eaten and suggested a restaurant. I should add that having a microwave and refrigerator In the room was great. Most hotels do not have both. I cannot say enough about how kind and helpful your staff was.

Everything was great.. the only thing was we had a family of 5 and only 2 queen beds. It would have been nicer with an additional cot. Also the parking lot was soooo icy. But the pool was heated and perfect for my kids and I to play in, and the breakfast was great.
