Clean, great breakfast, comfortable bed. Loved the walk in shower.

The staff at the front desk have made me feel like an imposition, rather than the reason they are there. In calling a couple days before my arrival to work out a change in my arrival date, the person was very curt & abrupt. I found out that since I used Booking, I had to go through them. I did that & it got worked out to my satisfaction, which I am grateful for. Then on my arrival, the front desk clerk was preoccupied by other guests to give me much attention. No eye contact until the very end. When I got to my room, there were no towels. That was addressed quickly. Just not the greatest arrival. But the room was great & I slept well.

The location was perfect. About 5 minutes from the mall where there is plenty to eat. This is my 3rd time visiting Syracuse & this was my best stay

I didn’t like that they ran out of towels. Three were taken out of my room & replaced with only 1. When I asked for more, I was told that they were in the washer. I also didn’t like there were no hooks to hang towels. Deep cleaning may be necessary. Behind the beds were pretty nasty looking

The pool and hot tub were very nice. The rooms were large and had kitchen facilities.

The rooms were a bit run down (spongy wallpaper in the bathroom, dirty grout) and bathrooms weren’t updated (shower curtain instead of glass, old-style shower faucet, granite ctops with hole for Kleenex (that they don’t put Kleenex in anymore). Morning breakfast is not worth $15 - should be included for the price the room costs.

The location near the highway and a couple places to eat was ideal since we were stopping only overnight. The pool was clean and my kids loved it. They did have a coffee maker that we didn’t use and fresh bottled water.

The fridge wasn’t exactly cold, and there was nothing like silverware etc even though there was a small kitchenette. (I’m sure you could request from the front desk, but I wasn’t going to make trouble for a single fork).

Gorgeous room, lovely bathroom products, great shower head, COMFORTABLE beds, lovely bed linens, thick absorbent towels, nice little kitchenette with microwave and 2 burner stove top. I guess you would need to bring your own equipment because there was nothing to use if you wanted to eat in the room.

There’s nothing negative to say, it’s lovely, well maintained, exceptionally comfortable, and well maintained.

Location, wonderful included breakfast, clean & inviting room. Very impressed.

At first, felt I was an inconvenience to the front desk staff. But as we talked, she warmed up & I ended up really liking her. The hotel had lots of kids that weekend, so noise from kids running & yelling in the hallway. But it didn’t keep me from sleeping. So all is good.

The breakfast was amazing and the people working there, Jen, Chris and Jarred. What great friendly people. Made us feel welcomed every morning.

The shower curtain needed to be bigger. There was water on the floor after every shower.

Staff was great Bed comfortable Breakfast was best I’ve had at any Holiday inn. Except no cinnamon buns

Kids from 9 PM to after 11PM Jumping and running around. Parents should maybe not leave children alone in the rooms.

The breakfast was delicious. Lots of variety and the staff was very kind and helpful!

We were not disappointed the staff was all very friendly and the service was great! Everything was clean and in too top shape

We stay here regularly to enjoy a stamp show that is held in the conference room. The staff is wonderful and we enjoy the hot tub. Breakfast is too expensive. The restaurant is good and should be open sundays too
