Great room and service. See below.

I have literally stayed at hundreds of different hotel rooms over the years, mostly for work reasons. In all the years of my staying in different hotels there have been various breakfast offerings. Some full, some with a hot of some sort and others using the word "Continental" All were usually as advertised with the exception of one. My stay on Saturday March 23 2024 was to include Breakfast. To our great disappointment there were only muffins in the self serve breakfast area. That"s it, yes, only muffins. No fruit, bread, yogurt, cereal, eggs, or anything. Only muffins all of one flavour. What a joke and insult.

Business trip early moring departure. so I did not have the opportunity to try the continental breakfast which started at 0600. The hotel is 5 minutes from airport. Reliable FREE shuttle every 30 minutes. FREE parking for duration of hotel stay. While traveling, you may park your car for $10 a day in their lot. Well located within walking distance of two fastfood and one full service restaurant. DoorDash also available. Refridgerator and Microwave in room. Very clean Quite room. The Receptionist compared rates for all my eligible discounts (Military, AAA, AARP) before I booked a stay for my late night return on my return trip your Bookings rates still the best by far.

Breakfast could have been better

The location was perfect and the room was clean. The receptionist was very, very nice. Basic accommodations, for instance, no iron, but toiletries are included. The best was surprisingly comfortable.

The breakfast was just toast and bagels. Coffee seemed fresh even at 4 am! I assumed the breakfast was snacks. I wouldn't consider this as breakfast FYI.

Basic hotel room but large, very comfortable and clean. Hotel looks as if it had some renovations recently (e.g carpets look very clean in hallway and in our room). Staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Breakfast is very basic (only muffins, bagels and yogurt) but everything was fresh, and the coffee was good. Very close to the highway. Perfect for a one-night stay.

The AC was very loud and woke us up a few times during the night. Other than that, nothing.

The property was well priced, and while it was simple and modest, it was very clean, comfortable, and functional. The staff were friendly and competent. The free shuttle to the SYR airport nearby was great and even accommodated my early morning flight by leaving the hotel at 4:30 A.M. The 24 hour coffee bar in the lobby is a nice touch, too, for getting a cup of joe any time of day or night.

There wasn't an abundance of comfortable space to hangout at in my room or the lobby, so I wouldn't recommend spending a lot of time during the day here, but what do you expect from a budget hotel?

Comfortable beds and room temp, surface areas to put luggage, adequate plugs for charging devices, decent TV channels available, no noisy fan in the bathroom when light is on. Decent restaurants in walking distance.

I could hear people nearby and does closing kind of loudly. Not a lot to choose from for “breakfast”. Had to be careful not to hit the shelf for having clothes when coming into the room as it’s a bit close to the door.

Conviene to the airport. Free shuttle. Extended Parking available at the hotel for $50 for a week. Staff were very helpful and worked to accommodate me as my travel plans changed.

Breakfast was limited. Baby bagels, cream cheese, peanut butter, jam, fruit cups. Juice coffee. Breakfast area is in the reception area, can get a bit crowded. McDonald’s directly across the parking lot if you must have eggs and sausage.

nice room, no musty smell, no fragrances. Great shuttle service to both airport and train station!

One BIG THING. It is EXTREMELY frustrating that you do not at least offer SOME rooms that allow the window to open 3 inches even! I cant stand not having outside air at times. I would make the rooms at the far end open- like toward the 329 end. Theres a decent view in those rooms too.
