The Daniella's Steakhouse which is the restaurant in the hotel is just the best. I took the tenderloin tips which a cup o Stag, cabernet Sauvignon which I recommend. Brian offered me a A1 service as a bartender and, his colleague Ally was super freindly, smiley, funny and, kind. I really feel like a usual known costumer and, I think it's the key to offer an awesome experience for the guests. The bed and the temperature in the room were perfect. I definitely will come back. Nothing. Even the breakfast was super good!

We liked it was close to the fair. We walked back one of the times we went, did the walk in less than 15 minutes. We also liked how clean everything was, the slight chemical smell of clean was nice during these times. The food at the steakhouse was excellent and free breakfast was good.

The only negatives were the walls seemed thin next to the stairwell and one of the drivers at night time for the fair wasn’t patient, he would pull up for pickups and drive away within a minute and if you weren’t quick enough you would have to wait another hour for him to come back.

The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is really good. Eggs, sausages, waffles, cereals, bread, fruits and everything. Everything is good and it is from 7 to 10 am. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They were able to move our stay a day later without any additional charges. I recommend this hotel.

The beds and pillows could be a little bit more comfy but it is not that bad. We had a good sleep anyway.

Internet didn't work and I really needed it! HIGHLY over priced for graduation weekend! Breakfast should have started MUCH earlier on graduation weekend especially with the super high room price! Graduation activities start early so those of us who counted on the convenience of breakfast were not able to get it. This is NOT a pet friendly hotel but we were able to work this out. Confusing highway ramps at the hotel so pay attention if you are not local.

SO YOU COULD TELL WHEN ENTERING THE ROOM THAT THE BEDS ARE OLD BECAUSE YOU CAN SEE THE BODY INDENTATION FROM THE PREVIOUS PEOPLE IN THE MATTRESS AND I HAD TO CLEAN THE JACUZZI TUB AND SHOWER... BUT I ALWAYS DO SO...IT WAS COOL

Close to the fair

We didn’t have the room cleaned everyday which was fine but a little weird to get used to. Breakfast Good Friday but not open until 7 on the weekend and we left earlier than that so getting a room w/ complimentary breakfast was pointless.

It's convenient and easy to get to. There's a good restaurant on premises, although it was fully booked on Total Eclipse Day. Generally the rates are good compared to similar facilities.

The facility was fully booked but didn't seem to be staffed adequately. The coffee maker wasn't working in the morning. Also the automatic door openers were not all working.

The hotel was clean and my room was ready when I arrived. Staff at the front desk were friendly. I only stayed one night as we were only visiting Syracuse for the day. I do recommend eating at the steakhouse in the building. The food was really good - there were so many apps that I would have loved to try, the menu is fantastic.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel or the stay here.

Very close to the fairgrounds and shopping plaza. The rooms were clean and spacious with good size bathrooms. The breakfast was good, the reception was friendly

I did ask if there were any free upgrade and I just got a grin She could of said something that all the room were filled

Breakfast in the a.m. always helps. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Only complaint which isn't really a complaint,because it didn't bother us was the fridge in room was making a bit of noise, but it was enclosed to keep noise to a minimum. Also it did stop and go away so once again no big deal.
