The room, beds, linens were all very comfortable. The room was roomy. 😊very Clean!!! Fridge, microwave and closet were perfect. The breakfast was amazing as well as the morning hostess ,Eliza, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs to be helpful!! She catered to the grandchildren as well as all adults!!! 👍😍 The pool was a hit with the grandchildren and grandma went in and played monkey in the middle with two of them with their football that they brought!!! Highly recommend!!! Great overnight stay.

It is surely not a deal breaker but as others have said the location is in an industrial area with tractor trailer viewing … thank you to all the truckers that keep all American supplies Delivered!!

Clean hotel, friendly staff, great variety at breakfast, comfortable bed!

It didn’t seem like a very busy night so I wish they would’ve put other people in every other room. We had people in the room right next to us that talked and laughed all night long- could hear them in our room. There’s a bunch of rooms- on 4 diff floors- should try to spread people out a little for noise control.

Breakfast was OK, pretty much like all the other Holiday Inn Expresses we've stayed at. Eggs pretty lousy at all locations as is the case at the other locations. Turkey sausage is sub par...would prefer have pork patties.

A very bizarre location in an industrial zone with a long twisting drive from the interstate.

Friendly staff, and the room was clean. They were in process of updating, gotta give them a brake on that.

Way too crazy location to get to for as close as they are to the highway. Seemed like drive in circles for 5 miles to get a mile off the road.

This hotel is AMAZING! From the minute you walk in and greeted by the front desk, the room is spacious and clean, all staff is super friendly and you will not get a better breakfast anywhere! Eliza is the absolute BEST! She is so friendly, takes the time to learn about you and treats you like family!

Breakfast was the best! It seems like no hotels serve bacon anymore, but there it was! So nice! And so many great food options! Also the gentleman who ran the food are was awesome and helpful. He kept it super clean. The gal at check in was super friendly too!

The whole staff from check in to breakfast was very polite / attentive. We have not seen this type of service for some years now since covid. Thank you for an enjoyable experience. Thank your team as well they are an asset to your business!

The renovated pool was perfect, the breakfast was great with scrambled eggs, hash browns and sausage patty. There was a good variety at breakfast. The shower had a nice spray and the bathroom looked new.

Our personal preferences would have been for a firmer bed. It was a bit too soft for us.

I like that it was on the private location and wasn’t busy at all. Everything was clean, and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot, loved it.

The elevators seemed sketchy and tvs could have been better or more modern should I say.

The breakfast was good with a variety of choices.

We did not like the location being so desolate and next to an industrial area. There were trucks all around. The hotel alone looked beautiful upon driving up. We enjoyed the comfort of the hotel as well.
