Location, room, staff was much nicer than last year's staff.

They couldn't get the chlorine balanced in pool so couldn't use it and we accidentally left a game charger in our room when we left. They called me and said they would send me an email with link to fill out and send it to me. I still haven't gotten the email. I even called back. Not happy about that.

I like everything about the hotel the people there we're very nice and caring and they welcome you with open arms

What I didn't like thattheu don't have a jacuzzi for the parents there only a pool there the location it was alot of traffic hard to really get to the hotel itself

Magnificent service, very friendly staff, the perfect location would be stores, pharmacies and restaurant. In general I loved it. 10 of 10

They should vary breakfast, although it was tasty, it was always the same menu

Quiet. Comfortable beds; got a good night's sleep four straight nights. Nice pool, despite staff's effort to limit use.

Staff was not friendly or welcoming. I took a towel into the hall to exchange it. The housekeeper said "no towels." I found their worn, handwritten signs annoying and unprofessional: "One ice bucket per day." "Pool only for guests, no family." I stayed here to be close to the grandchildren I was visiting. I can't believe they wouldn't let them come over to see me and swim for an hour. I don't expect much from a hotel "free breakfast," but napkins, tableware and syrup would be nice. No one checked how breakfast items were holding up.

Clean and convenient to restaurants.

I think our shower stall was wheelchair accessible and I really didn’t care for that, but I know now that when I remodel our bathroom at home I won’t put that kind in.

We love it here. This is the only place we choose to stay at when we come into town. Very comfortable, clean & a great price. The staff is very courteous & does a great job! Lauren is GREAT!

Hard to find - if the information indicated the hotel was IN the parking lot for Wegman’s, it would have been easier to find

The breakfast was good. Plenty of variety, and tasty. Location for our situation was excellent, close to funeral home and church. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and nice supermarket in case you forgot something.

Our second night there, the maid forgot to leave wash cloths and replace a soap. Also did not replace the coffee that we used.

The breakfast was awesome and they had coffee all day which is a big plus for me and my husband. It was close to everything. Very quiet and comfortable.

Conveniently located and friendly staff.

Fluffier pillows please! Barely any poof which made it harder to get comfortable when trying to sleep.
