The double queen bedroom was wonderful. We stayed one night and checked out early.

I didn't like finding I was charged for a missing iron. We didn't even use the closet, nor unpacked for our one-night stay. I guess I have to inventory the room upon arrival and go over it with the staff before settling in, next time. Also breakfast featured two choices of dry cereal but no milk.

My 1 year old and I stayed here for a week and it was really nice. Really enjoyed our time here.

I didn't really like that they didn't have a person at the counter all the time. Was a little hard trying to check out bc noone was there. Another thing was they ask to request to have your room cleaned before 11pm the day before if you're staying longer than a day. I requested 3 times and hasn't gotten done. And with a 1 year old, diapers pile up. The front desk helped me and it was finally done the next day. The housekeeper guy was super nice.

I requested a room on the west side of the building on the second floor and they delivered. The room was clean and comfortable, and most important to me dark and quiet. I usually stay there when I am in the area visiting in the summer.

There were a couple of minor things. First, the desk chair was falling apart. 2 of the 4 bolts that hold the seat to the frame were missing. The desk called me about 20 minutes into my stay and I mentioned it. Within 10 minutes they brought a replacement chair. The only other thing was there were no bath towels in the room, just 2 washcloths and a bath mat. I picked a towel up at the desk along with some extra coffee.

The night & day staff were exceptional. They were very helpful & had a welcoming manner which we really appreciated. Handy facilities - laundry, breakfast, park near room, inside room access, quiet location, handy access to restaurants. We loved our stay here!

Use of disposable crockery/ cutlery rather than washable real plates & utensils. I don’t like adding to land fill (waste) & always prefer environmentally friendly efforts.

Outstanding and very attentive, responsive and friendly staff; so convenient to walking distance to convenient store, pharmacy and restaurants; very safe without sketchy people; very comfortable bed.

It’s dated and lacks efficient cleaning; horrible coffee but offers a very basic continental breakfast (it helps when you’re on a pinch), which is more than others would offer.

Room was clean and Quiet. Staff was new but did a exceptional job!

I had asked for adjoining rooms which the hotel did not block out and were not available upon arrival. I did get rooms next to each other though. No towels in the room, but the laundry room door was open so got them myself. No coffee cups in the room to make coffee and front desk not there most times.

Location perfect for us. Jamie Baker employee on the night shift was especially helpful. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked Changes for the better were made since our stay last year..

8 days out of 10 we had to have our entry card activated. The bathroom floor needs attention, the manager is aware of the problem. I’m sure it will be fixed.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. It was easy to get to. It was a short but pleasant stay.

It was a “bare bones” room. No cups for drinks in the room. No coffee maker. Out of coffee when I went to get some in the breakfast area but staff quickly made more.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was great..right off the highway.

The beds were a little lumpy and the continental breakfast was very limited choices.

Room was cleaner than several more expensive hotels that I have stayed in, in the Syracuse area- VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. Breakfast was not appealing but the coffee was great
