staff was very friendly, and helpful room was slightly clean .the trash was out back which made it so much easier to throw it out when it was time too leave i also loved the area and everything that was around it I love that i didn't have to drive far for food or too go shopping i also I loved that it was in the cut where we didn't have too see as many people

i didn't like that the lighten was very dim, the air vent was exposed, the doorknob was hanging there was spots on the tissue box there was mold on the shower curtains and finally the pillowcases where yellow,

Overall a really great stay! The value for the space was fantastic and the hotel is quiet. Had a minor issue with the tv remote not working and the staff fixed it right away. Bed was comfortable and sheets and towel were clean. Location is great as getting something to eat is within walking distance and there is all types of shopping located in the area. Overall no complaints!

It was , in a word, perfect.

When I called the 800 number I was asked if I was a member , and I said no. Then I was told there were no rooms available. I was offered something in the area for much more. Then I called the hotel directly and got a wonderful room. There were many unoccupied rooms.

Couldn't access the lobby kitchen before early morning departure for a race.

The staff was very helpful!!! I asked for an extension for checkout and was granted it b/c they knew my situation!!!

I didn't like the idea about the bathroom situation(eg. not equipped for a handicapped person in which I happen to be in that position)!! The toilet is too low to then floor.

Good value room. Right next to shopping and residential houses. Very nice.

Obvious maintenance needed, such as bathroom door with holes/patches. But overall a decent room for the price.

The location was great for where we were traveling to.

It was a little cold and the heater ran constantly. It would run for what seemed about a minute turn off for 10 seconds and then kick back on. Not a huge deal once we got use to the sound.

Quick response to issues in the room. The refridgerator wasn't working. I went to eat and it was replaced by the time I got back, maybe 30 minutes since I only went next door.

very small pillows and only 3 for a king size bed were not even standard size pillows. absolutely no water pressure
