The bed was super comfy- just what we needed after a day of travel and sightseeing. The bathroom was modern and well stocked- kudos to whoever thought of the makeup remover sachets which were very appreciated! The area was peaceful and we felt very safe. Staff were hardworking, polite and professional. Breakfast was great. The selection was plentiful and food was replenished very quickly. The buffet area and tables were constantly cleaned and kept tidy. I’ve stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels that were not given this same kind of care- well done to all involved- your hard work did not go unnoticed!

Check-in was smooth, check-out was super easy. The breakfast spread was terrific and very filling. The bed was very comfortable as well. The air conditioning unit kept the room cool on a rather humid summer evening. The iron and ironing board did a fine job helping me touch up my shirt, jacket, and slacks for a job interview the following day. The internet was great for basic surfing.

No major complaints. There was a bit too much light coming in the gap at the bottom of the door, but I could've brought a sleep mask to remedy that.

Conveniently located off of the interstate. The price is very affordable and breakfast was very good. We booked very late at night as we were getting tired of driving. The girl at the reservation desk was very accommodating, kind and made us feel very comfortable.

Walls are thin or maybe the girl was just very vocal. Lol It was very late when we arrived and the room over was very active and loud. Not appropriate for kids ears if you know what I mean. Staff were very accommodating and put us in a different room.

Loved the breakfast from waffles/eggs/ham/saus/potatoes/cereal/coffee/juice etc. Room had modern fixtures, beds comfortable. Staff very friendly. The GM was in building every day,checking on the guests. Located in a quiet area. Restaurants within 5 miles.

Room was a little small with 2 queens, than we have experienced before. Bathroom was tight.

2nd stay at this hotel. A king, lots of space in a Accessible room, would have liked a seat in the tub. Breakfast was great, from waffles,eggs,sausage, bacon, to juices, yogurts,bagels and hot drinks. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Would have liked a seat in the tub,more bath towels. Didn't like the increase room fee because the State Fair was starting.

The beds was comfy, IT WAS QUIET, the air-conditioning/heating didn't make weird sounds, and the breakfast was good enough (it's eggs, sausage or bacon, cereal, bread). Oh and the coffee was good. Been to a lot of hotels, and I just rate based on if I can go to sleep or not. Was able to sleep peacefully.

I really wouldn't call the fitness room a gym.

Friendly staff and very comfortable room. The hotel is close to restaurants and the highway. They were very pet friendly which is a plus for me.

I paid for the reservation through Booking.com. When I arrived, the front desk asked for my credit card, which I assumed was for incidentals. A few days later I saw they charged me for the stay. I sent a message through Booking.com and have not received a reply (I've been traveling and now am in one place for a few weeks). I also spoke with a very nice woman who called to check on my experience. I let her know the problem and she was going to look into it. So I'd just like to hear back and have that credited to my credit card.

We left shortly after breakfast was supposedly open at6 AM but the serving are/ dining room lights were still off so we couldn't see what was offered so we just grabbed some coffee and 2 pop tarts on the way out.

We asked for a room on the first floor as part of our original reservation and received an email response saying our request was no problem, but when we arrived we found out that there were no first floor rooms available and instead we were given a second floor room at the furthest end of the building. This was a long walk for two senior citizens with a dog in tow. No help was offered to cart our luggage, so I had to grab a luggage cart myself, load it, and drag it into the elevator and then from one end of the building to the other by myself while the front desk staff sat and watched.

Juice machine was broken for breakfast.....and they didn't even put juice in the fridge to make up for it. Was just like .... Oops you are out of luck.

The property was very clean, I loved it. The cleaning staff really did a great job. I wish I had cash to leave behind but next I will. I’ll definitely be back.

Not one thing I can think of honestly check in was quick and easy.
