I love this hotel when visiting Central New York. It is conveniently located, very comfortable, extremely well maintained, and the staff are very polite, pleasant, and accommodating. The facilities are clean and very nicely decorated which makes it a very pleasant place to stay. Breakfasts are great as well! My number one hotel. In the area. You have great facilities for a family stay with a swimming pool and other amenities and it's close to shopping areas and highways. I highly recommend this hotel!

A new hotel and although a little out of the way it’s exceptionally quiet so worth being off the highway if you don’t like to hear traffic all night. A few great restaurants close by made it an all around great stop over for our trip back home from the South

The underside of the toilet lid was not 100% clean but the rest of the room was spotless so maybe just an oversight

Location was great, staff was nice, exercise room and suite room were clean, breakfast selection was nice, overall it was a very pleasant stay, I would definitely come back.

I requested the cleaning service for every other day, but I don't think they came at all. So things like the trash built up, and that was slightly irritating (I was there for 5 days).

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable.

The breakfast was a bit simple, there were a lot of short hairs on the bathtub wall, the inner plastic bath curtain had turned yellow, and the bottle of shower gel was empty.

Breakfast decent, staff was courteous, and hotel was upkept well.

Beds were uncomfortable and bathroom could have been cleaner upon arrival. Shower curtain had mildew and when I requested it be changed it never happened.

Property was clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was good and we were able to do laundry which was a plus! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was a pleasure to stay here!

Was extremely impressed with the staff. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good and the fact you had coffee 24 hrs a day was a nice surprise and it was very good.

The only thing was the store wasn't stacked very well. Not a big deal.

Cleanliness

Neither agent at the front desk knew the area well enough to recommend restaurants, to give driving directions, to understand North from South re where the hotel is located, knew how to read the map they called up on the computer, to explain major local highways - including Interstate highways. It was a frustrating experience trying to determine how to find the restaurant finally recommended. Better training on these skills are needed, possibly true across your entire chain.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations and added value to my stay. The room was clean, neat and in very good condition with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker.

This place was simple to book, friendly down to earth staff, very quiet and absolutely beautiful and clean—-one of the best stays in Syracuse, thank you!
