Pool and hot tub are great temperatures. The hot tub is crystal clear and well kept. The room was modern and clean. The entire hotel was well kept. The staff was pleasant, especially James and the other gentleman working at the front desk.

but the pool appears quite cloudy and the trim portion of the walls have a film that would be easily cleaned off. Names and smiley faces are scratched into it. The chlorine (urine) smell is extremely strong in the pool area. Add a few potted plants to the pool for improved ambiance. When calling the front desk, there was little greeting. Even more of a 'grunt' of a response by a female staffer.

It was conveniently located and was exceptionally clean.

Our check in was easy but the young lady that helped me did not say anything about breakfast the next morning so when we came down the following morning and ate we were genuinely shocked when we were handed the bill for it. We are so used to a nice breakfast that is included in our hotel price that it was quite the surprise. The food was good but not 15.00 per person.

The beds they are not comfortable and that you don’t get continental breakfast for the price that you pay for your room $560 for three nights.

The rooms were clean and spacious.

The front desk was not very informative with information about when the bar was open till or surrounding things to do.

Buffet was poor. Hot food was cold. Service was poor. Don't recommend the buffet for the price. Overall hotel was fine.

The staff was very good.

The pool was not available due to renovations which was one of the reasons we choose this hotel. The manager was very accommodating by letting us use the pool at the hotel next door but that pool was not very nice looking and we did not use it.

I did not like third party who sold me the room. I feel I was deceived and am not happy. They advertised my booking included breakfast when it did not. I will have to call them now and let them know how I feel. Hopefully they will make it right and issue me a credit.

The location was good, close to everything we needed. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
