It was convenient they worked with us

The lack of attentiveness from the cleaning staff has a lot to be desired. You ask them for towels or anything else for the room and they force you to the front desk and most of them do not speak any English.

I never seen any breakfast at all while we stayed there but other then that it was very nice place

They could of had unlimited coffee ☕ laundry room for guests would be nice

ROOM WAS CLEAN BUT I SAW 2 ROACHES... WAS NOT OFFERED BREAKFAST... I STAY HER ALL THE TIME NEVER HAD BREAKFAST IN BED. THE BEDS ARE VERY COMFY THO.

WHEN YOU BOOK ONLINE THEN GET TO THE DESK ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE. NOTHING ADDS UP TO GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I did not see the breakfast

I could not find the front entrance and when I didthe front desk was buried way inside not visible at all from the out side

While an older building and a bit dated, the room was well appointed and modern, which was a pleasant surprise.

Mattress was a bit worn on one side so an update would be in order.

An extremely friendly concierge greeted me; he got me all squared away and placed in one of the nicer rooms, and he was quick to help when I needed soap and towels to shower before bed. The hotel is split between smoking and non-smoking; I am in the non-smoking wing, and you can't tell there are smoking rooms on the premise.

Unfortunately, my room didn't have towels or soap stocked; chalk it up to an honest mistake, and the shower wouldn't drain properly, but it's got excellent water pressure and heats up quickly.

The beds and the couch was comfortable. It was close to all of the places I needed to go. Great price

There was only 1 wash cloth. I booked the room for two. I came prepare because I read the reviews. You had to use your room key to get through the main door to get to your room. Using key insurers the safety of the guess. I couldn't find the door I came through. I went through wrong door that require a key. Part of the handle was missing and key didn't work. I had to carry my daughter down three flights of stairs. I think the hotel should put a sign on that door.

The place is definitely worth the money and the front desk staff was super friendly.

I was only there for 1 night, and I enjoyed everything about this place.

Bed comfy...tv was ok. Staff friendly.

Cheap with giving extra towels and wash clothes. The tub h/c water nozzle looked like someone started working on it but never came back to finish it. The bed pillows had no pillow cases on any of the pillows

The front.desk clerk Miss Hudson made me feel at home and welcome throuhjout my stay very helpful and professional K will stay there again.
