We were passing through, thus location of being out of the city was fine Breakfast was amazing-great value when added At time of booking-fresh with omelets or waffles Made to order-staff very attentive. Room was large and quiet with a fridge, and microwave. Bathroom a little outdated but functional. Stayed with my two sons-only issue was booked a room for 3 and you only get 2 towels…but thinking this is standard at hotels these days? The staff were great, and efficient at providing us an extra. The outside sitting area was a great place to relax and enjoy the morning sun. Would definitely stay again.

Staff friendly and helpful, in a hotel clean, comfortable atmosphere. All level of staff were very good ( front desk, restaurant staff etc). Their breakfast is really worth having with many options, including an omelette station. In addition, the facilities are very comfortable with all needed amenities.

If I must think of something as an avid tea drinker I could have used having basic black tea ( English breakfast type) instead of chamomile but it really not a big deal. Happy that they had options to make coffee and tea.

Great size room with a very clean bathroom with great toiletry products. Hotel was very clean. Easy check in and easy check out. Very nice restaurant with good menu.

For breakfast time, the restaurant was short staff. Only 1 person working on the floor with s many guest. Tables were not cleaned, Coffee was not available. It was hard to ask her for anything because she was so busy.

The pool was very nice and surprisingly open and quiet! There was a family reunion the night before with kids running everywhere but when we got to the pool at 7am we had that and the hot tub all to ourselves for an hour! That in itself was worth the stay. Very nice rooms. AC worked well. Great water pressure. Elevators worked well. Clean.

Location was convenient. Breakfast Buffett was good. Our waiter was so nice and got us everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and hotel was very clean. Very good value!

I called ahead for early check In and room wasn’t ready for about an hour and a half later.

Room could of been little cleaner. Hair on shower walls and comforter was nasty. Other than that hotel wasn't bad. staff was awesome hotel is beautiful, cookies are amazing are nice upon arrival. Pool n spa are nice

The food was wonderful, the bar was nice, the room was very large.

Elevators aren't conveniently located. Balcony door lock hard to unlock. No make up remover wipes in room. Bathroom was small due to the separate sink and toilet areas

Pool and hot tub was lovely. Quiet hotel over all and late check out was so nice.

Bed was oddly shaped and small and the drain on the shower didn’t work well at all and would fill the tub while showering.

Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Was nice having a restraunt and bar on the property. The breakfast was excellent. Really close to the SYRACUSE airport with a free shuttle. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds.

We had a problem with our room when we first arrived called front desk and they took care of it right away!

Rooms were sorta small for the cost. Didn’t like that there wasn’t a free continental breakfast available!
