The location is perfect... The staff were all very friendly, polite, helpful and nothing less than respectful. My room was spacious, comfortable, very clean, nice size kitchen with a mini stove top, standard size (super clean) refrigerator and lots of cabinet space. I like that guests are allowed to do their own laundry right on the premises.

False breakfast advertising. It's "Grab & Go Breakfast"... Coffee, granola bar and muffins. The breakfast that I was expecting to wake up and eat was more like waffles, pancakes, eggs, toast, orange juice or even a bowl of cereal. That's it, breakfast was my absolute only issue... Everything else gets 5 stars from me.

Room seem to be pretty, clean hotel itself seems clean. Room was good will definitely consider this agin.

The amount of time I had to wait to check it was almost 20 minutes before someone came to the front counter. There was a maintenance worker that called back to them. No one came out. He came downstairs and had to go back there. Some snide comment was made and then someone came out.. this most certainly could use improvement.

The courtesy from the man at the front desk was welcoming! The fact that no one can re-enter the hotel without their keys during the night gave me peace of mind about the security! Allowing our furry family is so thoughtful, and for that, I am grateful!

There are no utensils in the kitchen for me to use, but that's ok!

Coffee at breakfast was decent. Room was clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed, especially a comfortable chair to sit in.

Very limited offerings at breakfast. Basically just coffee and instant oatmeal by the time the early birds went through the line. I did not like having to ask for every little thing to get the kitchen usable, tho I can understand the "why" behind it.

There was a full fridge, stove, and microwave in the room.

The building itself was a little older so you could tell more maintenance was needed. Ex: chips in countertop and fridge door was loose.

Left too early for breakfast

One of your guests had two large pit bull dogs. Big PROBLEM !!! Around 9 PM on June 4, 2022, my wife and I unfortunately meet the dogs and their owner at the end of the second floor hallway near our Room 216. The dogs were barking and growling viciously and the owner had all he could do to control them from breaking troward us. We got into our room as fast as possible. I considered calling 911 over the incident. Your motel must have great liability insurance!!!

I have stayed here many times in my travels to New York over several years. I have always been pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the competitive rates. I will be staying here again in the future.

Nothing. However you need to check the sinks in every room to make sure they fully drain. I do hate when the sink fills up while your using it.

The property was clean and the staff was great.

I would have preferred a larger softer bed. The beds need updating.

Very spacious

No coffee pot in room, sheets were rough, clogged toilet had to call for a plunger, tv remote did not work.

Very friendly and courteous staff to welcome and assist me. I felt confident the room and hotel were very clean and well-maintained. Quiet location and very comfortable room for a short or long stay. I really felt like my room was clean and that this staff took sanitation and guest comfort very seriously. Nice there are laundry facilities on site. Great, basic room set-up with two office chairs at table/desk.

Apparently it's not a non-smoking hotel and a nearby guest must've been smoking which seeped into hall and my room. I depended on local family for transportation; car is a necessity - there are no restaurants or stores to safely walk to nearby. An outlet near bed or on nightstand would've been nice.
