Stellar breakfast options (pork sausage patties among the best I've ever had) ... plenty of comfortable places to sit ... servers were very pleasant ... Happy Hour very generous but hours not ideal -- missed two of them during my three-night stay ... perhaps add a few dessert options to dinner menu ... suites are large and comfortable, with a nice variety of TV channels.

Maybe one day have pancakes instead of French toast but NOT a big deal. :) Try to have bananas every day. Perhaps add some low-sugar, high-protein breakfast shakes such as those made by Fairlife and Premier -- delicious AND healthy.

I cannot say enough about this facility and its employees. From font desk to breakfast cooks , house keeping and the evening bartender, all were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very spacious and comfortable common areas with TVs, a large pool with clean bathroom facilities and a shower to rinse.

The only thing that could have been made the stay better was if the pool was warmer and the coffee near reception was working but you can still make coffee in your room.

There seemed to be some sort of business convention on the 4th floor. If we were told businesses were going to be on this floor we probably would have chosen another floor. We received free drinks offer with the manager on the day we were leaving and we spent 2 nights. Forethought should have given us these perks on the first night so that we can actually partake of the festivities as checkout is around noon. Finally pancakes and option to make waffles for kids breakfast is needed. Hotel seemed to be geared towards the business traveler and not families.

The breakfast was fabulous and lots to choose from. This is always a bonus.

The way you felt like a criminal for wanting to swim in the pool. You had to walk all the way to the other end of Hotel, sign life away and be responsible to bring cards all the way back within a hour. It was so strict and aggravating to just go use the pool. We needed everything but our blood to get a key.

The hotel is very nicely designed. The rooms are laid of very well. I really enjoy the Embassy Suites nightly receptions and signature breakfasts. The public area was well designed with many seating options, and the little rooms that were made with a full table, a tv, and seats were great for families. Your breakfast guy Joe is a gem and was fantastic very helpful.

This particular Embassy Suites has enacted some strict rules such as the need to reserve time in the pool. This did not provide a better pool experience it caused pool crowding and rude behaviors by other guests who were not managed. Posted pool rules were not enforced. For $200 plus a night, it should not be restricted from the use of amenities included in that fee. The nightly reception was more limited than others I have stayed at they provided crackers, cheese, and pepperoni. The Saratoga Hotel provides appetizers like wings and mozzarella sticks. We ordered food, and the chef had limited abilities, so it restricted what was available. The pizza we ordered seemed to have bad cheese.

I thought the hotel was very clean and modern looking. The rooms were a good size. I absolutely lovedddd the complimentary happy hour drinks and included breakfasts with our stay! That was a surprise to us so it made it even better!

We had a kind bed suite with a sofa bed and had every plan to use it however the sofa bed mattress was so springy it was unable to be used so we had to have our kids sleep on the couch itself which is also not very comfortable. The extra “blankets” provided were also terrible! So scratchy and itchy. The king bed was comfortable however and those pillows and blankets were decently sofa.

Very nice room, comfortable bedding. I like how the rooms face out to the lobby area etc . Free breakfast is great. Snacks could be way better for the evening happy hour. Wish there was a restaurant in the hotel

No clean towels when I checked into my room; no one answered my calls to get new ones. Had to go to front desk to get towels and never got any more during my stay (two nights and three days). Housekeeping does not come to room to clean during your stay .

The hotel is an amazing feat of architecture and decor. the fitness room was better equipped than in a lot of the hotels we've stayed in. The breakfast was amazing! The front desk staff was friendly.

The swimming pool was cold. While the decor and furniture are luxurious, some things are showing their age a bit - a chip here, a small tear there.

There were more options for breakfast than any other hotel we have stayed in.

The cleaning lady couldn’t answer my question because she didn’t speak English. Every employee should speak English especially since it’s the official language of the United States!

Great breakfast, something for the whole family! The hotel was clean, quiet, and very organized. It was the perfect weekend getaway.

We enjoyed our stay and it was just what we needed. If I were to say something, maybe a light over the coffee, microwave area in the room (if there was one, maybe I just didn't see it)
