The staff was amazing! Usually, hotels make your bed and change your towels only on the third day of your stay or if requested. Here, our room was tidy everyday! Beds were made and towels were changed. When we arrived they had cold water and soda available and breakfast was really wonderful with a variety of choices everyday. I wish they had a waffle maker but they did have a pancake maker. The first I have ever seen.

The property does need an upgrade…carpets and wallpaper. But as always, upgrades do take time and money.

Staff was very nice. Everyone was very accommodating. The only downside was the whole facility was under rehab. We were stepping over cords and seeing most signs were taped to the wall or laying on the carpet to direct folks through the space. Certainly nothing the staff could do, they were very apologetic over the fact that they were in the midst of reconstruction.

For a 2-star, the breakfast has a wide variety and products from good brands. Free-flow coffee and tea. The room is spacious, comes with a coffee/hot water machine, and is clean. The staff are super friendly and accommodating.

We were there for graduation weekend, so the price surge was mental everywhere, but it is quite unavoidable considering every family wanted to be there in the city for the ceremonies.

We were there to pack my daughter out of college, so didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel. The room was large and comfortable, with a fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of good pillows. The location was a bit off the beaten path, so quiet, but also well situated to access restaurants and the university area with a ten-minute drive.

The hotel is easy to get to and met all of our expectations after a long drive. The staff were friendly, especially in the breakfast area and the property is clean and well maintained. Breakfast had a lot of good options. We would stay here again.

Not much to complain about. It was a great place to spend an evening.

Staff super friendly. Took care of request (burned-out lightbulb) right away. The tub was a great size for a nice soak. Breakfast offerings are plentiful.

It's an older building clearly in the middle of upgrading various fixtures and decor, so some things were just "off." Blackout drapes didn't meet in the middle.

We were placed in a recently renovated room and it looks and feels great. Clean, well organized and the blackout shades were amazing. The new lobby is just as awesome. The service was fantastic at breakfast and the food options were especially good. Lots to choose from.

Breakfast was great they even had bacon. The room was big not too cramped. They had good brand bathroom supplies.

The location is not walkable. We had a car so that was not a big deal. If you want a walkable to town hotel this is not it.

The hotel was very clean. We could smell that as soon as we walked into the facility. We travel a lot because of our college daughter going to Syracuse Univ. And we have stayed in many hotels. This hotel was very clean and the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

No complaints.

The staf was universally friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. From front desk to housekeeping to a couple maintenance workers I encountered. All wonderful.

The physical plant needs some work. For instance, in my bathroom the toilet seat would not stay up. No pen or paper in the room.
