The hotel was a little surprise. It was clean, quaint and easily accessible by car. The treats on arrival at reception were a hit with the kids. Absolutely loved that there was ample free parking. A rare find in the US. There is Chuck E Cheese just before the hotel driveway, which would be convenient for long stays with kids.

The breakfast was a little limited. With travellers from around the world, it would be great to have non-pork options, lactose free milk for kids with allergies, as one is not able to buy these on the go when travelling. The milk was also cold. The hot beverage options could also be increased, only tea and coffee and it was a cold. there was only one patron on duty. Although very helpful, it meant delays in replenishing items. The hotel drive in entryway sign can be a little misleading. It might be prudent to place it right at the entrance and not the driveway before.

Approaching the Hampton driveway, we hit a pot hole that caused a flat tire. Even though there was a snow storm, AAA was there in 3 minutes to put on the donut tire. India who was working at the desk could not have been more helpful and sympathetic. Saturday morning my husband was able to purchase a new tire with her information as to the closest vendor and we were able to keep our plans with our Granddaughter at the university the reason for our stay. Sunday breakfast was exceptional and staff beyond helpful. The entire hotel was so very quiet and clean.

Nothing pertaining to the facility and staff. One guest Monday morning had a small dog which she brought into the breakfast food area instead of securing it away from the food.

The room was very nice and spacious.

I asked to use a different credit card for my stay and was told that I can make the change during the checkout when my account would be charged, but the original credit card was charged shortly after I checked in and I didn't know until I checked my account.

Everything was good so far.

What I didn't like was that the bathroom products were empty. And I also didn't like that the sheet inside the bed had like old blood as if the clorox or the soap they use hadn't cleaned it well or maybe it wasn't changed. I'm housekeeping, I thow it, that's not unhygienic or safe.

Staff was so polite, friendly and helpful. Was greeted with cool water and cookies! The room exceeded spaciousness and accommodations. Huge TV and very cozy bed. Best breakfast ever! Thank you so much. It goes a long way to treat customers so nicely.😀

i would've liked to know my guest (my photographer at my wedding, who has no arms) was able to do an early check in, and i called WEEKS in advance to do this. So.... I think a manager should've made the call to write it down for staff, instead of making me call you 20 times over a 2 week period. it was really not necessary.

Location was good for our needs, staff great, many restaurants nearby. A few things in our room needed repair, but everything was very clean and comfy. We told the front desk about the broken window shades and they said they'd be on it for the next guest (we got in very late in the day, and we're only staying one day). Coffee was good, breakfast meh, but they had options for gluten and dairy free.

It was clean and staff was very welcoming. My family and I enjoyed the breakfast many choices and delicious coffee. The king bed was ultra comfortable, the pull out couch was fine for a child. We all felt safe in our accommodations.

The TV in the breakfast area was set on Chicago news , would have liked if it was on Syracuse NY. Since that is where we were.

I liked everything. I can always count on this hotel chain to be neat, clean and modern from the lobby to the hallways to the rooms. We had a great time.

The breakfast sides could have been better. Just adding bacon and cheese eggs would have been a plus.

Very clean, modern, the best continental breakfast we've had (omelets, fresh waffles, yogurt, muffins, cereal etc), different coffees available, good variety of tea. Beautiful dining area and decor.

We didn't dislike anything. One suggestion: we have a plug-in hybrid vehicle, a charging station on the premises would have been a nice plus, but no big deal!
