Breakfast was very limited. It didn't satisfy my expectations. Location was excellent.

For the breakfast add more choices. Add a blender to the kitchen.

The suite, two bedroom, was great for my family.

Not enough lights in the living room area; dark. The bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy and goes on when the light is turned on.

Everything was great excellent for the imbecile guest smoking weed in their room. It’s legal in NY people. Take it outside, 20 ft away from the building. I hope you get fined.

Privacy and location as well as room size

No closer or anywhere to hang things and door was extremely difficult to open.

Loved having two bedrooms so the family could all spread out. The kitchen was updated and fully equipped to make meals. Everything was very nice inside and outside was great. Didn't feel like we were staying in a hotel, it felt like an apartment or condo at and Airbnb. The best part was the wood burning fireplace! What a wonderful surprise! We used it every night. The kids loved it as well.

The only thing that we didn't love was that our coffee maker was not working, so we had to leave the room every morning in the snow and cold to go to the main lobby to get coffee. Also, the free continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. No pancakes, fruit or waffles. Just diet yogurt , mini muffins, and lumpy oatmeal. It's free, so you can't complain too much. I just recommend bringing things to make your own breakfast in the room. Other than that, we truly liked it here!

I liked the cleanliness, ambience and location.

1) Breakfast could have been better. There are no options. 2) Price is on the higher side. I felt it was very expensive even though the demand was less.

Very clean spacious room

Breakfast was not tended to. Breaker must have been out so lights were out and waffle maker was not working. No milk for cereal.

Loved the room, especially the way the layout was with the bedrooms off the each side and their own bathrooms .

Breakfast was hot and a cut above. The morning staff was very friendly and I enjoyed the lay out of the room. The hot food was done well and the area was very tidy with even sanitizer there and all were asked to clean your hands before touching any surfaces. That was an important addition to protect the guests.

My check in was rough since I was sent to the wrong building at first. Then sent to another room that didn’t accept the key so on the third try we were able to access a room. I would have given 10 stars except for the check in.
