This is our second time staying at Hampton Inn in Cazenovia and probably will not be our last (we book an annual overnight stay before college move in day at Colgate each Fall). We often stay at a Hampton Inn because you usually know what you are going to get. The staff were extremely friendly upon arrival and during breakfast. They put cookies and brownies out along with coffee/tea. Room and bathrooms were very clean. Pillows and bedding are very comfortable. We brought our dog with us as this hotel is a dog-friendly establishment. The fee is $50 flat for your pet. Location is convenient with a gas station and McDonald’s across the street. If you like walking, you can head straight down the main drag into “downtown” and walk right to the lake if you like to break a sweat. Will be back the next two years as the price of staying 20-30 minutes outside of Hamilton is worth the price.

Breakfast is Hampton Inn basic if you’ve stayed at another location. This location might consider adding one more hot item like hash browns or something in addition to the eggs and sausage. Also the regular coffee in the lobby is on the weak side. The decaf was actually a stronger brew.

Location was great, not far from city center (but the service in the city was subpar so I'd advise to skip the restaurants in this town). Very comfy. Hotel did install the crib at our request without us having to remind them. Staff very nice. Easy to park.

breakfast could be improved. Mainly reheated stuff. And tables should be cleaned after guests visit just to ensure overall cleanliness of the room

The hotel is very clean, the double room is so spacious and equipped with enough neccessary facilities. The location is great with Tops groceries in opposite just on the othe side of the road, so everyone can walk in 5'. The hotel is near many beautiful site seeings, falls and trails.

The staff were so accommodating. Facilities were clean. Rooms were nice and comfortable. We stayed here so our families who live all over NY could get together for Christmas. It was a convenient location, close to town, across from a market and bagel shop. The front desk attendants were so wonderful. We used the pool for the kids and loved the little bar downstairs. It was all great!

I liked everything about this property!! The staff is amazing, it’s super clean, beds are comfortable and the complimentary breakfast every morning was delicious!!!

Not really a complaint but the rug could be bigger walking in. The floor is slick and my foot slipped and I nearly fell on space between door and rug.

I love the size of the suite we get. There’s enough room for my 3 year old to play. Indoor pool with basketball net was a huge bonus. Location is good a lot of options nearby for food/drink it’s up to you to go get food for the room or go out to eat either way you’re not far! Breakfast is amazing so many choices definitely take advantage of it!

Honestly the down part of our stay was the pillows! Very minor we forgot to bring ours and thought oh it will be fine, but we all found them pretty uncomfortable. One other thing to continually improve is noise, it wasn’t overly noisy but you can hear the ding of the elevator and doors closing in the hall. I was very worried about how loud my child was to not disturb other guests because I knew noise was a potential issue (hopefully she didn’t disturb anyone)!

Friendly staff, conveniently located to where we needed to meet up for an online sale. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Breakfast was very good and a wide selection of choices.

Shampoo was out. Would have liked a hot tub. The temperature wouldn't get warm enough. Flashing light from the smoke alarm made sleep interrupted.

Clean and quiet, beds and pillows very comfy.

No glasses in the room, only 2 paper coffee cups! A little strange for the price we were paying.
