Liked the pool for the kids, room was clean and comfortable
Pics of the pool area have a hot tub, there is no hot tub. Starbucks, on site, served frozen muffins and "hotel" coffee and cost a fortune. Never been to a hotel where they didnt have free coffee

Everything was very nice it was clean and comfortable the front desk worker was very nice went above and beyond welcoming me and telling me about the amenities
Something was down with the pilot light I think she said so there was a limited breakfast

Very nice, modern and clean. I had a great nights sleep the mattress was very comfortable.
The only thing I think could’ve elevated the place would be continental breakfast. I was disappointed when I found out they didn’t have continental breakfast in the morning, but a very small cafe menu that was very overpriced.

Raven and Ada were great helping with some reservations issues. Recreation area looked great although I did not use it. Lobby chairs by fireplace were very appealing !
Computer system the Front Desk Agents had to use was archaic and slow.

Little details, friendly knowledgeable staff, beautiful place. Best stay at Saracuse that we've had for the marching band competition.

The room and facilities were very good. Easily accessible for mobility impaired guests and close to the highway. The staff was very friendly and helpful too.
The sofa bed had a fork within the folded mattress. The mattress itself was quite thin. You could feel the frame of the bed when lying down. Also, although we had paid to include breakfast for the room (for three adults), we were only given complimentary breakfast for two.

Very clean and comfortable
The pool and hot tub were down. Paid extra expecting the pool to be open. They claim your ad on booking was informed the pool was down but was not changed on the ad.

Pool was dirty and stuff lied about pool being open multiple times until manger yelled at them and corrected the situation
