Loved the decor and cleanliness! The beds were very comfortable and it was in a great location as our plans were to visit Green Lakes State Park. Staff was very friendly! Beautiful place! Thank you so much! Would definitely stay again!

Oh if only there was a pool. 🤣 We went to a nearby zoo in 90 degree weather and would have loved a pool to jump in when we came back. 🤣 My kids enjoyed cold showers instead in our lovely bathroom (very cool shower doors BTW!) -so not a true negative!

States just one night while visiting daughter at Syracuse. Checked in very late and after a 5 hr drive couldn’t wait to get to bed. Greeted by a lovely girl who made the check in very easy. Room was perfect. Clean and loved the overall vibe and decor. The location was great as well. It was across from many shops and restaurants but once your inside you don’t feel like your on a main street. You feel like your at a cozy Inn. Will definitely be back!

I like the vibe of the Craftsman but kind of expensive for a bed, TV (which we never watch) and a fridge ( although I love a fridge a freezer would be nice to keep ice bags frozen for our trip to keep food cold! Thank you

The expense!!! It is the hotel I get it but really! Just a bed is what most people want for a night or 2 it’s not like you stay in the room all day but I get it if it’s cheaper you get people in there you don’t want! 😊👍👍

The breakfast was the typical continental spread , the sitting area was festive and welcoming . I enjoyed sitting near the fireplace - cozy . The location of Craftsmans Inn was perfect for our needs

It was understood that the outside door was not secured for some construction work being done during day hours , however was not secured even after dark. It was corrected once reported

Love it all and always stay here when in town. This visit we had dinner at their restaurant for the first time and it was delicious and we sat outside and listened to an amazing singer/guitarist. One great song after the other. We enjoyed ourselves and family company and definitely will be back again!

Breakfast offerings could have been a little better, a little non flavored creamer for coffee, stuff like that. It was a little generic compared to the rest of the property. The vending area closest to my room had no vending offerings, so that was a sort of bemusement and savings.

After having dinner at the restaurant, which was extraordinary (food and service), in comparison the breakfast included in the room price was below good. The staff was did not address our request to refill the conditioner and body soap which were empty when we checked in.

The rooms are well decorated, the bed was comfortable, fitness center was nice. Pastries at breakfast were good. Breakfast room has plenty of space. wish we had been able to try the restaurant, it looks really nice.

The doors have really poor sound proofing. You can hear everything in the hallway. Thankfully it was quiet at night so not really a problem for getting a good night sleep, but not good for anyone who wants to sleep in. wish they had an egg optional for breakfast instead of waffles.

I like the location of the hotel very close to a big plaza. The comfort of the bed and cleanliness in our room. In addition, the quiet hallway.

I think breakfast staff can be more friendly and greet as soon as they see guests in the breakfast area. Also, breakfast service can offer some better options like fresh eggs and home potatoes instead of cold sandwiches to be heated in a microwave. Please check the coffee machine in rooms because mine didn't work at all.

We’ve been here before and return for the attention to detail in so many ways - design and decor, morning breakfast excellence, helpful and friendly staff. In short a wonderful, relaxing experience and excellent value!! We usually dine at the restaurant; also excellent food, service and ambiance!
