My son and I use to come here all the time just to spend the night in the winter so we could use the pool for a lil something different. We haven't been able to do it in a couple years so this was a big treat for us. We love what has been done to the facility everything looks and smells so fresh no smoking smell new furniture and paint. Showers big and the shampoo and conditioner are amazing!! And u can't say that about many hotels.

The girl at the front desk was very quiet and only spoke when she had to tell me to sign something. Very loud noise started around 9 sounded like maintenance banging things it lasted for awhile I finally called the front desk to complain around 11 because it was keeping me and my son up it literally was so loud!! I am happy to say that after the call the noise immediately stopped which I'm very thankful for

I liked that the place was all remodeled and brand new. Everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was enjoyable and staff was friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

I didn't like that we had a couple next door that played loud music at midnight when I was trying to go to sleep. I alerted the front desk and someone came up and quickly stopped it. What I also didnt like was that I called the front desk twice from the in room phone and no one picked up. I had to physically go down there in my pajamas to get someone to come take care of the problem.

When we arrived, we were greeted by Danielle, the friendliest, most professional and helpful front desk manager I have encountered at a Holiday Inn. She talked to my grandson about the pool, she offered us the shuttle services to the airport, she made sure we got a quiet room, and since the vending machine would not take my card, she offered us a bottle of water. After having stayed at other hotels around the area in Syracuse, this one is the one we would come back to for sure.

Room was nice and cleaned. The lady that checked us in was helpful, friendly and very sweet. The gentleman that drove the van to the airport was extremely sweet and made sure everything was good.

The breakfast was ok. Mostly a little cold. The morning staff all looked mad and unhappy to be there. They just followed you around with their eyes and it was uneasy and just creepy. The shower has a big Crack in the shower. They might want to take care of that.

Staff at this location were wonderful! From checking in to the shuttle drivers they could not have been more accommodating! My flight was delayed and I missed my connection. Booked your hotel and then called to ask if the shuttle could pick me up. Driver asked if I had eaten and suggested a restaurant. I should add that having a microwave and refrigerator In the room was great. Most hotels do not have both. I cannot say enough about how kind and helpful your staff was.

The renovated rooms were very nice and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating, allowing me a late checkout and arranging shuttle transportation to the airport at my convenience.

Breakfast was supposed to run until 9:30. At 8:40, they’d already picked up several items and by 9:00 everything was cleaned up. The tv and internet were sporadic and I ended up shutting both down and reading instead. I understand they’re undergoing renovations, but it was a little underwhelming.

Everything was great.. the only thing was we had a family of 5 and only 2 queen beds. It would have been nicer with an additional cot. Also the parking lot was soooo icy. But the pool was heated and perfect for my kids and I to play in, and the breakfast was great.

Water empty in the gym Breakfast was barely ok. No fruit at all, no pancakes (apparently machine broken) , one type of juice ( machine malfunctioning) , no knives ( one metal kitchen knife provided for all guests to use for buttering bread).

More upgraded than the usual holiday Inn I book by cracker barrel

The fact the the owner or manager told the lady running the breakfast area he was gonna cut her hours while working 3 weeks prior to xmas when the guy working the front desk was a no show the night guy couldn't go home until he found someone to come in

Everyone was very nice!

I had the room next to the maintenance room. Lots of loud banging and sounded like moving heavy items around. Sounded like heavy items being dragged across the floor at 5-6 a.m. in the morning. Lots of loud talking in the hallway outside the maintenance room at that time also.
