I stayed here for 1 month while waiting for my house to close on sale. During my stay, I got to know everything pretty well. The staff was a delight to know and always very friendly. My room and hotel were always kept clean and smelling fresh. Breakfast and coffee were always yummy. The location was easy access to restaurants and stores. It was also very close to the interstates and airport. Since I was doing an extended stay, my room was freshened up on an as needed basis. However, if there was anything I needed [towels, coffee, toiletries, etc], the staff was more than helpful to accommodate me. They usually asked me if I needed anything before I even had to ask.

There was only one coffee pot for all the guests to share. However, the staff was always willing to make more...with a smile!

Great breakfast, and location.

Our room was on the first floor which made it super noisy every time that someone went by. Unfortunately the breakfast staff were quite rude, they basically waited at a table, and stared at everyone until they left when it got close to around 30 minutes towards the end of breakfast.....very odd. Also I wish that somehow there could be a time limit for the hot tub. We patiently waited for nearly an hour while a group of men repeatedly got out and restarted the jets, and deliberately stayed in the tub knowing that people were waiting to use it.

Breakfast was amazing. My niece now wants her mommy to buy the pancake maker for their house. The spa was great but the pool was cold. We felt it would have been better heated. Loved that I was able to stay at the room until my family was done at the doctors appointment because check out was at 11:00. We had a great lady help us at breakfast by getting us all ice cold bottles of water.

The double charge for essentials on my nieces card. We told the receptionist it had been approved and she did it again saying it had timed out. She also stated that when we went to our car to bring in our bags that we should be careful because it was dark and very sketchy outside.

The pool and spa was closed due to cleaning all day .after it had so much stuff floating on it it didn't look safe to swim .but no sign on it

Lack of food, coffee dispensers or empty decaf and regular and with that there was only one of each, no milk to craft was empty, along with any of the hot food. I end up going to a convenience store that was located right outside of the hotel property and buying my breakfast and coffee.

The pool and the hot tub area is really nice. The breakfast was good. Bacon and scrambled eggs was a nice option. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The ladie at the front desk was very nice. Was a nice relaxing overnight stay for my daughter and I.

Room and bathroom was clean. Loved the pool and hot tub. Free breakfast was outstanding.

Only thing I didn't like was the fact that the comforters on the beds were under the sheets. Sheets were on top. That is NOT how beds are made. Comforter goes on top.

I didn't realize they had a hot tub in the pool area. That was the best surprise after an 11-hour scenic drive to get there. Just what mama needed. Also, the free unlimited and delicious coffee once again hit the spot.

Long walk to my room but if that's the worst thing, then really nothing was bad. I would rather walk down a long hallway to my room on the ground floor than take an elevator to my room right around the corner.

The beds, the pool, the room.

The only thing that i didn't like was that inspite of the fact that i was traveling with kids, there was no extra sheets or blankets in the room. This is a minor complaint.
