Staff were exceptionally helpful. They asked us which of two rooms we would prefer on check in (close to midnight) . The breakfast staff were also friendly and helpful The day staff organised our shuttle back to the airport and allowed us to check out an hour later than normal to coincide with our car rental pickup. The room was roomy and spotless. Breakfast was OK. The oranges were good! The member of staff who hadn't initially picked up our message via Booking.com about the shuttle, found me to apologise. They did in the end organise an extra shuttle to pick up us and some others. Convenient for Syracuse airport.

It was slightly chaotic with the shuttle pick up as my message via Booking.com about arrival time and no US phone access wasn't picked up. This, however, did get resolved.

Brooklyn was very helpful. She went above and beyond to try and help with a connectivity issue. She is a good asset and should be appreciated for her willingness to be helpful. And she had a smile on her face and a bon vivant attitude!

Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Very plain and not very exciting. Would have liked more hot food options.

Hotel was extremely clean, beds were comfortable and it was very quiet there. Check in was very easy and quick. The rooms are very basic, no frills. But we only stayed one night, which was fine for us. All we cared about was cleanliness. There's really no amenities to speak of other than free breakfast, which was OK.

A little pricey for how basic the rooms are.

Breakfast was very good. The gentleman in charge of the breakfast was accommodating and very pleasant. This was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff was overwhelmingly helpful!

We had a handicapped room and the space worked well for our needs. The only suggestion would be either a wheel chair accessible shower or a pull down chair to sit in so a special needs person would be able to shower.

Very nice updated gym that had a Peloton bike, very cool for those of us who like to still get a little workout in while traveling. The hotel was clean and modern. The breakfast was very nice. Hot options such as eggs and bacon. A very cool pancake making machine. Quite impressed by the coffee, far superior to most hotels coffee. The breakfast room staff were very hard working and friendly.

I do not have any concerns, I found the place to be very nice.

the breakfast was awesome! appreciated the hard boiled eggs. coffee was really really strong. overall, the place was very clean and nicely designed. the beds were comfortable and shower was good. the gym also had a nice mix of equipment.

the staff was pretty meh about being at work, but could have just been an off-day.

Near fast food places and restaurants to grab a bite to eat, also close to Destiny Mall and other shopping plazas. Breakfast is great and staff was nice

Thin walls , noise picked up on Friday around 11 and continued until around 2am I wouldn’t recommend staying here on a weekend

The breakfast had a great variety of items for all needs, whether healthy or with proteins. Also, the pancake machine was very neat and interesting.

I asked for a minibar, considering the cost of the room and it was not granted. Also, it would have been convenient to have a microwave oven in our room.

This was a very clean, new, more or less self-service hotel very convenient to Syracuse and a short drive to Syracuse University. Staff were excellent and all the strong reviews were well deserved.

Nothing really. It's popular so the parking lot fills up at night, but there's always a space. Really nothing to complain about here.

Breakfast was excellent. My kids loved the pancake maker.

I requested to be in upper floor but was given 1st floor. Front desk when we check in(6/23 @ 10:30pm) was not very helpful. Front desk in the morning 6/24 was much nice and helpfult.
