The staff is very professional, friendly and efficient at their jobs. I had to extend my stay a couple times and they were very accommodating, always helpful and attentive every time I had a request or inquiry. There was a clogged sink and they sent someone to fix immediately. This was my third time staying at this hotel. The layout of the rooms is wonderful. Has lots of handy storage space and just what you need in a full kitchen in a smaller space. Definitely feels like home away from home!

The only complaint I have about cleanliness is some dust on rarely used surfaces like top of fridge and far corners. The sofa was a bit stiff and bed was creaky but sheets fresh. Overall very clean and comfortable.

Everything was perfect. Clean staff very pleasant. Loved all the extra things like lotion, shampoo and conditioner, coffee maker, hair dryer and many more items to make our stay very pleasant. Will definitely stay again and refer others.

Can't imagine anyone not being completely satisfied with this place. It was a pleasure staying there.

Location is very convenient to the Syracuse Airport and the Liverpool area. Suite was very well-equipped. Breakfast was excellent, with extremely helpful and friendly attendant.

We were there in the winter, and the windows leaked a small but noticeable amount of cold air. Also, the bathroom had wash cloths and bath towels, but no bathmat or hand towels (a minor issue).

Huge, beautiful suite with a spacious and really beautiful full-size kitchen. A huge living room area that was separate from the bedroom/bathroom area which was perfect for our stay after a concert as I wanted to go to bed and my cousin wanted to stay up and we were able to very comfortably do both. The room was impeccably clean and in good repair. The bed was comfortable and the temperature control allowed us to keep our room exactly as cool as we preferred. Staff was friendly and kind when I called the day of our stay to ask about checking in early as we were going to a concert that conflicted with the posted check-in time. They were not able to provide an early check-in (understandable,) however the staff did take the time to leave a note on my account to notify the night staff that we would be arriving late from a concert so that we could easily check-in afterwards. They were also very accommodating about letting my cousin who was staying with me park his car at the hotel ahead of check-in so that we could meet there and take my vehicle to the venue. It was an extremely quick and easy drive to and from St. Joseph’s Lakeview Amphitheater and we were able to get a great parking spot at the concert because of how easily we could get to the venue from the hotel. The night staff was friendly and provided easy instructions on how to get to our room. I would absolutely stay here again, we had a wonderful experience!

The only things I would change were that the actual toilet and shower space were a bit cramped, but it wasn’t really a problem, it just would have been a bit more comfortable with some more space between the door/toilet/shower. The televisions were kind of outdated and we were hoping they would have smart TVs so we could log in to Netflix during our stay and we thought the lamps might have USB ports for charging but they just had outlets - but again, very minor details which didn’t impact the quality of our stay at all.

room was very clean and I could smell a little remaining of cleaning soap. The size of room was big enough for wheelchair. Large refrigerator, kitchen & etc must be nice for long stay.

Wheelchair accessibility to the bath room was a little tight. Bed is making a noise for get in and out.

Cleanliness. The breakfast buffet was impressive.

The lack of signage was a head scratcher. It was difficult to find the motel when I got close. Also hard to find the lobby. Had to drive around two hotels and try different entrances to finally land on the correct one

Maid staff were very loud in the hallway in the morning. They knocked at our door an hour and a half before check out and woke us after a late night. I believe they should have some communication in place to see who had checked out yet before the time.

The one king bedroom didn’t seem to cool down like the living room and other bedroom.

The property was very clean. It was great that they served breakfast and dinner! There was plenty of parking. The room was excellent. Really liked the full kitchen, the breakfast bar, and the living area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating too. Highly recommend! Will come back!

Everything was great.

The breakfast was a great surprise. I didn't realize when booking this hotel that breakfast was included. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Mary who worked the breakfast area goes above and beyond for the guest. The facilities were clean.

The price. We paid close to 500 a night and the hotel is not a 4 star hotel. It was a nice clean hotel, but not worth that price tag.

The two bedroom suite was clean and very comfortable. Staff were very nice and the breakfast was more than other places.

We only had one fork in our suite and there were 4 of us. Luckily we ordered in and could use plastic. If I were staying longer I’d want more than 1 fork.
