Booking.com somehow did not reserve the rooms or send in the correct details of my reservation. with that said, I lost my discount, I would have got thru booking through Booking.com. The receptionist worker with me to get 2 rooms I absolutely needed because of the reason for my vist was very stressful and time constraints were of the essence. I very much appreciate the receptionist working to accommodate me my wife and mother inlaw. Happy hour from 5:30 to 7 was nice. You get 2 free drinks per and snacks. Breakfast was the fantastic good coffee and food choices, and the guy making the omelets was very friendly and made a great omelet The sitting lounging area by the bar with big taste and comfortable seating was great too.

The room Me and my wife were staying in the door handel didn't work right, and I couldn't get the door to open it took about an hour for the maintenance engineer to show me how to open the door and it was a trick. she also told me that if I didn't want to deal with it, they could give us a different room, but it would not be as nice as the room we were staying in. we decided to stay in that room and learned the trick of opening the door.

i liked how clean the entire property was. we got two free drinks each per night we were there (during happy hour) the free made to order breakfast was so good and the cook making the food was super nice

all the advertising said that the food and bar are open until 11. there’s no notice of when lady call is so when me and my partner were looking to order a bottle of prosecco we were turned away by the bartender at 10:40 and room service completely didn’t answer the calls. the bar tender also seemed to hate her job but we all have off days so it didn’t ruin the experience just disappointing cause we were there to celebrate our anniversary

breakfast was good, nice selection of foods and for the most part large enough supply to get what you wanted. Location great allowed us to use bus service to get to the fair and with the mall nearby could go shopping when you wanted.

for the most part everything was good. But around the baseboard in the shower it could have been cleaned better. It was funny when you looked at the walls in the room from a certain direction they looked liked they were patched up. There was nothing that would keep me from staying there again but we thought they should know.

Amazing breakfast buffet , we really enjoy the omelet station. We were hoping for a bigger room , but it was okay for 2 adults 2 teens for 2 days. Happy hour is fantastic and convenient, with food included. Lots of options , beer, wine, and cocktails. The location is perfect . Beside de Destiny mall . Very clean hotel. Very quiet during bedtime. Only 5 minutes to the Dinosaur BBQ restaurant and 10 minutes to the Dome .

We tried to use the pool but it was very busy with loud little kids.

Loved the staff!!! The check-in man with the pink and black suit made the check-in entertaining and fun!!! The young girl bartender was nice and knew her liquor!!! You get 2 FREE drinks during happy hour wit some salsa, chips, pretzels, and that pasta was chef’s kiss!!! The rooms were clean, HUGE, & smelled good…parking wasn’t a problem…we ate dinner at the restaurant…the waiter was nice…the food was delicious!!! When I say them wings was cooked wit luv!!! The salmon had some lemon drop balls…whoever made that decision need a raise!!!

Check in was smooth and comfortable. 😊 Our room was the perfect size for one adult and one child. The pool and fitness area was exceptionally kept up with; clean and safe. Happy hour and breakfast was MY personal favorite! Free drinks between 530p-7p and breakfast the next morning was a pleasant and delicious experience! Tommy, our chef, was accommodating, despite his long line and many odd requests. During the whole process he was joyful and singing, making things enjoyable.

Pricing overall was a bit excessive. The total in the room with tax was $230 plus a $100 hold. The bar and snack area were both very well stocked, yet the prices were a bit too high for the size of the options.

We came to Syracuse for a college tour at Syracuse University but got into town too early so we requested early check in. It rained a lot that morning we were tired after 4 hours of driving but were prepared to wait in the car until a room was ready. not only did we get a chance for early check in but the very nice reception staff insisted that we have a seat in the lobby until our room was ready. she said, ' don't go out in the rain, sit here and take a load off'. I was so grateful for this kind woman who give us each a bottle of water and told us to relax until the room was ready which took a few minutes. I cannot remember her name but i can sure remember her kind smile and effort. Thank you so much.

there was nothing that jump out at me that i could not adjust to.

For the most part the staff was great and the overall value for the money was great. Cammi who worked in the bar area was great at her job and served us very well. if in Syracuse again I will def be staying here.

Aside from Cammi mentioned above some of the bar staff were rather inexperienced and it showed. Their definition of a "double shot" of whisky was pretty far off. Also my digital room key failed at one point nearly resulting in a rather embarrassing issue however the front desk stall quickly fixed my issue.

The location was perfect, literally right across from the mall. Free breakfast was good, I just wish they had more options for people who don't eat beef or pork. Like maybe chicken or turkey sausage and bacon. You get two free drinks happy hour 5:30pm-7:30pm, I didn't use it but that was very nice of them. They have a pool and fitness center so that was a plus for my kids.

Booking had the check out for 12pm and it was supposed to be for 11am so that needs to get changed. Not sure whose responsible for that but the hotel was fine with us leaving at 12pm, but that does need to get clarified with bookings. Also they called up the day of check out about too much noise. I have 3 small ones, I think you would expect some noise, and they weren't that loud. There was a dog barking for literally an hour that morning and I made no complaints about it. So that kind of got me upset.

The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was very nice. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Prefer a walk-in shower vs. a tub. Would like breakfast to go later. Ended at 930. We slept in and missed it. On TV, the channel guide provided only channel names. There was no listing of what was on. Information regarding our stay and amenities was digital only. No physical info packet. The room was billed as a 2 bedroom. Suite. It was 1 bedroom with 2 beds and a living room area with a couch that pulled out to a bed. Not really 2 bedrooms.
