Location was perfect for Syracuse graduation! Staff was friendly and very helpful. I didn’t eat at the property so I cannot comment. But the staff was on top of an issue I had and didn’t stop even after I checked out to help it be resolved and I really appreciated that.

Super pricey for the accommodations but that’s simply because it was graduation weekend. The room in general wasn’t modern or spacious but clean & convenient.

We stayed to attend a concert, Judas Priest, the location was perfect to the amphitheater. Easy in and out. Very smooth stay! LOVED the huge windows! They were perfect for watching the awesome thunderstorm with lightning that rolled in.

More coffee and tea choices.. only had decaf :( and a small microwave would have been great but was not a deal breaker for us.

Comfortable, and clean

The management needs to beef up their staff. We had dinner and drinks and only one person to handle the bar and serve 22 people(I counted) but I believe Sherry was her name, did an incredible job handling all of it with humor and efficiency and was very personable and actually kept all going. Having been a GM in my career in hotels and private country clubs I can tell she is a keeper. She enjoys her job even under pressure. Kudos to her. She made up for any shortcomings in short staff.

Very Clean, concierge Liam, was very patient & helpful. There was some error/confusion at check-in with booking. Encountered staff was helpful, pleasant, and cheerful. Bed was very comfortable.

Elevator was a bit complicated. Unpredictable, at how to operate/configure the digital pad. Was stuck for a brief moment. Again error at booking.

Buffet access limited. One person at a time. Confined space.

Front desk could have been more informative about exiting the parking garage. I inquired about it just before departure. She said “If you have any problems, let us know”. When I entered the sign said take ticket to front desk when you check in. I had already checked in. I didn’t think much about it, but two cars had to wait behind me while I figured out that I was going to have to pay to get out, get my credit card out, etc.

Rooms were modern and clean! Very clean! 😊staff nice! Room so comfortable and a restaurant attached to it! Gym and computer area! Place is set up for safety!

People who were not renting were hanging out in parking lot at different times of the night!

We got there about 9:45 and the front told us the restaurant closes at 10pm. We quickly ordered a whole salad with salmon to split and the went to put our bags in the room. When we got back to the restaurant the food was ready in 5 minutes and packaged up to easily carry to our room to eat. It was very good and all the staff, from the hotel shuttle to front desk to waiter were very friendly and helpful.

Clean room helpful staff. There was a dripping tap in our bathroom and the maintenance guy was up right away to fix it. Great atmosphere in the bar in the evening.

Nowhere to buy a coffee in the hotel during the day.

The staff was amazing! Extremely friendly and welcoming. We ate and had drinks in the hotel bar. The food was decent, the staff very friendly and engaging.

More staff in the hotel bar would have been nice, especially since there was an event in the area and the hotel was very busy. However this wouldn’t discourage me from staying there again!

I really liked the staff and everyone was friendly. My dinner at the restaurant as good. The hotel was designed in a circle so it's interesting.

I think the facilities could use updating. My bathroom was a bit small. It did take a little time just to order food because there was only 1 person at the restaurant. The food came out fast and was pretty good.
