We enjoyed our stay very much, everything was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here. They also had a good amount of parking available around the area (you do have to pay for parking).The decent size refrigerator, dishwasher and other amenities were a very good surprise.They had a good amount of safety measures in place. The main doors were kept locked and can only be unlocked by your personal key card. Everything was from 2-8 miles away. You could walk around and find other small shops, restaurants and bars.

The room was well lit up just about everywhere but it needed just at least one more light where the bathtub was.

Everything! The renovation, following Best Western taking over, is simply amazing! The room was so, so nice. Everything was in meticulous order. The bed was so beyond comfortable (I'm looking for the same one for home!) The manager, Stephenie J., made the stay, truly. She is outstanding. I hope they appreciate her and all she does! I qualified for a free upgrade (I booked a Queen Room) and she upgraded me to a King Suite! Incredible. Just incredible. Looking forward to staying there again.

The night crew, Santana, another young lady, a very nice gentleman who I wish I would have gotten his name at the service desk and the guy who constantly helped us with our luggage was exceptional! We got there and there was some kind of mix up as our room wasn’t clean and appeared the last guest left multiple things in the room. We went downstairs and explained to Santana the problem. She immediately apologized and stated they needed time to sort it out as they had full occupancy. We left our belongings there which they locked up and we went to dinner and then returned. Before we returned they called us, got us another room, completely clean and put all our belongings in the room with complimentary cookies and water. They apologized over and over.

The room was a lot smaller than I realized from the pictures. But the amazing staff there made up for it all.

The staff were very kind and friendly. The location is excellent and walking distance from great restaurants. Breakfast is also included, which is convenient. Room was also comfortable and quiet - but the extra lock on the door could funnily be opened from the outside.

The booking gave the impression that the baby bed was free of charge, which we had to pay for; the parking is also not free, which was disappointing, but the staff did recommend that we could park the car on the street over night at no cost, we just didn't :)

Right in the heart of the night life. Great restaurants. A quick drive to the NY Fairgrounds. I had requested extra towels before we checked in. The room was stocked with everything we needed. We had the king suite. Beautiful room. Kitchen area. 2 tvs. Over looking the park area. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here!!

Wish parking was free. That's it!!

Top notch hot or cold breakfast included. Well-stocked & clean. Nice guestrooms.

One elevator, which can be slow. Dirty windows. Small parking lot, so additional parking is two blocks away in a commuter lot off the street. I did not feel comfortable leaving the suitcases I did not need in my car overnight, and would not have wanted to walk to my car after dark.

For an older hotel, I thought it was updated nicely. Breakfast was fine. Our room was nice and clean!!!

The elevator numbers need to be fixed. You would hit the floor you want multiple times until the light finally came on and took you to your level. Make sure the elevator is maintained, especially since there is only one and there are 11 floors.

perfect location right by a whole bunch of restaurants and bars. staff were all so kind warm and welcoming. room was so much bigger than expected, whole kitchenette was super helpful.

the parking situation was very overwhelming, was somewhat a free for all for my first day. did not realize you had to pay for parking as well. the windows didn't do a great job blocking

Location is really convenient, very clean place and quiet. We could relax. Breakfast was good and open later than many hotels in the weekend. Staff very friendly and helpful

The heater was loud in the room, starting intermittently at all times. The lobby with high ceilings was cold, we could not have breakfast without a warm sweater. The bed was a little hard for my taste, but not dramatically so.

Mia (customer service at front counter during check in) was great. Explained the property layout, was able to accommodate adjacent room request, recommended nearby local events.

The parking, for guests that arrive (or check out) when the onsite lot is full. Consider providing valet for cars to and from the overflow parking structure, or reserving the standing area in front of the hotel for 15 minute increments for guests retrieving vehicles from the overflow parking structure.
