The property was absolutely well maintained and established! The cleanliness was absolutely up to par as I am a cleaner for my own company. I highly recommend this!

What I did not like about the property was they did not let me move in lol! But in all seriousness the establishment the people was very family oriented the workers. Everybody was just so happy and so family accepting, especially under our circumstances we had no choice, but to be placed somewhere for two days due to our house being flooded out.

Very convenient having a room right off the parking lot on the first floor, it made unpacking the car a breeze. The hot tub and the entire room/facility seemed very clean and orderly. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy for us, we appreciate the staff for everything. We didn't have a single issue with our stay and plan on coming back soon!

Older building, but well-maintained and updated with decent sized rooms. Also clean and inexpensive price--very good for what you get. All we needed for an overnight stay.

If you are bothered by noise at night, you might be bothered by the highway traffic, but only the very loudest vehicles can be heard. Also the heating system makes noises (tick...tick...tick...); not very loud but if you need absolute silence, you won't get it.

It is family owned and you can tell. The room was cleaned daily and they gave us extra towels and soap when asked. Very kind owners. Easy parking, quiet area, easy check-in and check-out. Very affordable. It’s fairly barebones but that’s what I expected. A clean, affordable no-frills place to sleep for a couple of nights.

The staff was exceptional

We accidentally booked a smoking room and had to leave because the smell was awful and my kids have asthma. But that was my fault for not checking that we booked a smoking room.

Location was awesome! We had the room with the jacuzzi and was awesome! The gentleman handling the check in did a fantastic job answering the questions we did have. There wasn't anything I did not like about the experience there!

Overall, for this type of motel, it was actually clean and comfy beds and pillows.

Price. $200/night for just a No Frills Motel, even if clean and comfy stay, is way too much. I don't care if parents are hear over night and fair is gong on. It's too much but every where else was also high and it sucks when this happens. Why do motels have low lighting? Even fancier hotels usually don't have a bright enough light in the room. My wife smelled just a bit something off. but nothing too annoying. She's got stronger sense of smell than me.

The location was good, close to the highway for travel and also close to local amenities like restaurants and stores. Everything was very clean. Our coffee maker stopped working after the first cup the first morning. I informed management and a new one was in its place that afternoon. There is a grassy area with a playground on site, and a grassy area behind the building which provides the view from the window. And the window opened! Very pleasant environment.

Fluffier towels would have been nice, but they were adequate.

Quiet location near the interstate at a good price. We were staying here for Syracuse parents weekend. It was a decent price compared to other options. The beds were comfortable.

It is definitely a budget inn with an old DIY fixed bathroom. The carpet was old and room had an odd odor. It worked well for the two nights we were there. If the price are high everywhere else, we will stay here again.

Awesome stay! Great value for the money. Very clean room, quiet, great location and close to several restaurants. The motel staff is friendly, warm and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area.
