Breakfast was good but couldn't use waffle maker due to being overrun with kids. Location was good with convenience locations within walking distance. Room was excellent, very comfortable and clean.

There was some sort of softball tournament and a lot of young girls staying at hotel which they are entitled to do. However they were running up and down halls screaming until 11pm and the pool and breakfast was overtaken by them with little adult supervision and due to this I never used the pool which had about 20 screaming girls and 1 adult watching over them.

I reserved this hotel room for a candidate coming for a job interview, and although I used my credit card to reserve and pay for the room, the candidate was charged on their credit card for the room stay. In other words, the room was charged twice. I believe the candidate has been refunded for the second charge, but I'm displeased this happened in the first place. When a candidate comes for an interview, it's important for logistical elements of their stay to be handled for them in order for them to concentrate on their interview. It's also unprofessional, both for the hotel reputation and ours, that the candidate was charged when a credit card was already on file for the room.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and efficient. The room was nice and simply decorated. The pool and hot tub were crystal clear and well maintained. The water in the pool temperature was just right the hot tub as well . The two elevators readily available.I like that the rooms each had a number and picture to make remembering the room easy . I had a carousel horse. Breakfast offered good options.

As vegetarian the only issue was the breakfast hot food potatoes were not labeled with ingredients . Vegan and vegetarian option would be appreciated. I did enjoy the hard boiled eggs yogurt and waffle with fruit toppings. .

The gentleman at the front desk was kind and attentive. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable...great pillows. I had a handicapped accessible room with a tub and there were plenty of shower bars and bars near the comfort-height toilet. The room was spacious enough to accommodate my walker with ease. The location was very convenient to the errands I needed to run while in town. Will stay here again.

The only issue I had was that the conditioner was empty in the shower, and since I am handicapped, it was difficult to get out of the shower to use what I had brought with me. Getting in and out of a wet tub with mobility issues is not easy.

The continental breakfast and coffee facilities were excellent, good waffles and toppings were memorable.

The digital door room keys often didn't respond very quickly, need some improvement. Another review from May of this year mentioned that one of the elevator floor lights wasn't lighting up and that was still true while I was here in November. That issue needs to be addressed right away.

When our flight came early, they rearranged our reservations so we could get an early check-in to put our stuff down and recover from jet lag. Room service came up within minutes to replace broken microwave. Excellent daily breakfast options available. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.

The room was clean and spacious and the bed was so comfortable! The free continental breakfast had a nice variety and the coffee was refilled in a timely manner (constantly)!

It was strange to be so close to the thruway, but it wasn't as noticeable as I thought it would be.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and smelled amazing. The location was only 5 minutes from our event. Very convenient and staff could not have been more helpful!

This was a last minute reservation due to the unfortunate circumstance that we were very unhappy at another Syracuse hotel.. Hampton Inn came to our rescue. I only wish that we had a few more days to enjoy this hotel and its pool further. The bathroom and especially the "turbo-flushing" toilet were the best that we've ever experienced. It may sound funny but when you're on the road for several days with your family, those things are important!!

The rooms were just a little small for four people.

The lobby facilities and the hot tub were much appreciated. My grandson needed to study for exams between his Soccer Showcases. My son and I enjoyed the room while my grandson studied in your courtesy computer room. If he got a chill the lobby fireplace was another quiet place to study. After strenuous soccer games, the hot tub was a most welcome rejuvenator.
