the location was real good for those with their own transportation. close to retail and a lot of dining options. clean, comfortable and seemingly well maintained

nearly impossible to make direct phone contact with on sight personnel. left three messages via my Hilton account inquiring about early check in and I received no replies. whats up with the TV? getting it to turn on was like trying to find my way out of an escape room. hidden buttons and menu navigation. desk staff were not able to resolve.

Wonderful stay here. Cool communal area in the lobby with games, books, lots of various seating etc. also mini shop with snacks and drinks was super handy. Microwave in this area also. Great basketball court/rec area. So handy after being on the road for the kids to burn off energy. Close to lots of restaurants. New and very clean. Well set out rooms, very comfortable. Lovely bathroom and products. Staff are all super nice. Would definitely recommend

The staff woke me up about noises from a dog (I didn’t have a dog) then house keeping woke me again twice about wanting my room which it wasn’t time to check out. While I was at an appointment I was called to come a take my stuff from the room because it was needed for other persons.they charged me an additional $159.86 for the room, which I got extension to stay in. The experience was horrible I felt targeted and violated

Breakfast was basic but good quality. The pancake maker looked interesting but was not working at the time. Location was great for us with lots of restaurant options within walking distance. Rooms small but clean and comfortable. We had small children with us to the basketball court and the games in the lobby kept them busy.

We booked the single, king bed room but our children had the two double bed room. The one with the two double beds was larger and had more space. The king room was nice but tight. When we book it again, I would go with the two doubles room instead.

One staff member stared at us while we were getting breakfast from the buffet making us very uncomfortable and made us feel like we were doing something wrong. We all felt uncomfortable and then same staff member proceeded to talk to all other staff members about us. Not sure if we’d come back based on this interaction it was very unfriendly

Ah! - lack of guest laundry we are travelling for 4 weeks and expected to be able to was our 4 days use of clothes ….. we have travelled extensively with USA and every hotel accommodation had laundry guest facilities - perhaps we should have ask prior to booking - hey ho dump uk🇬🇧 couple 😟

We stayed at the Tru by Hilton hotel, and overall, we had a good experience. The hotel is new, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious. However, the breakfast was disappointing—there were very few options, and the food wasn’t tasty. Despite that, considering the price, we were satisfied with our stay.

Great staff

Breakfast was limited / not replenished with over an hour still remaining. No milk, eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, pancake machine had technical issues. We missed if there was a box to check to clean the room and make the beds and fresh towels. We reserved a room for 4 people 2 nights and only received 3 towels one night.

Nice design, great bed and shower, room on compact side but very practical. Great breakfast if you like prefer a sweet-tasting start.

Would have preferred some healthier bread and dairy breakfast options (natural yoghurt would be nice). Location conveniently along highway, but not for a walk.

Amazing friendly staff who were super helpful and happy to see you upon arrival. The gym was fantastic and super fun for basketball, volleyball and just taking a ball around. Surprisingly much more enjoyable than a pool. Snacks and iced tea and coffee stations were well stocked.

Aside from a single Q-tip lying on the dresser, it was super clean and we would definitely stay there again as well as recommend it to anyone traveling in the area.
