First time visiting the area. Location was good. The was welcoming. Staff very friendly. I would stay here again

While staying at the hotel there were two differ tournaments going on in the area. There were many young children and teen age boys. I am all for kids having fun but the parents of the younger children did not supervise them. They were running wild. Staff tried to speak with the parents. The parents did not want to hear it.

The hotel was above average and of worthy mentions was the hotel staff who were just fantastic.

The bottomless coffee needs to be changed for a nicer drink, understand it is a budget item but a really welcoming coffee would be better option and the actual cost negatable.

Property was clean and updated. We heard they were redoing the rooms so I'm guessing ours had already been redone. It was nice and modern.

Ate at the restaurant it was ok. The butternut squash soup tasted more like Apple Sauce soup!

One of two elevators was broken. Breakfast was expensive for being continental style

We chose not to eat breakfast at hotel. The location is good, near Cayuga Lake. The town is cute too with walkable places to eat. Can definitely recommend Prison City Brewery & Pub.

Before we left home for our stay we received email that stated we needed to wear masks. This was Sept 2, 2022. RIDICULOUS. Wanted to cancel but was unrefundedable so we crossed our fingers and thankfully we did not have to wear them, no one was!!

very friendly staff at reception, breakfast, bar / Restaurant, cleaning lady- Good Job! Location is very good, Restaurant offers really Good Food for very fair prices. Hotel is clean, we can Highly recommend the hotel

It was a great hotel! As you as I walked in I was impressed at how beautiful it was. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I also loved how clean it was. I had zero complaints with this hotel. I've stated at multiple hiltons and this was by far the best one yet.

Fox News on the tv in the lobby. Seems inappropriate for a general audience. Receptionist was not friendly. She did just did her job.

Room was always clean and stocked with what i needed, room was also very quiet and the staff was really friendly
