Room was clean with modern accommodations. Bed was very comfortable. Wife loved the shower. Dinner at the café by the elevators was great! The food was wonderful but the service by Michelle was fantastic! I can honestly say she is the best waitress I have had for any meal in the last few years!!!! It was a Monday night so the casino was not crowded and I was able to play whatever I chose. And 11am checkout. Top-notch one night stay while traveling!!! I used Booking.com from the parking lot to receive a substantial discount for my stay. This place is great!!!

??? I can't think of anything that I was disappointed with on this visit. Last visit in November there was an unfortunate computer crash in the casino late in the evening and on into the morning. Had to take a machine cash slip home. But brought it back this visit and redeemed it with no problems.

Comfy room. Loved having a restaurant in the l. Easy parking. Quiet. I loved the bath robes and black out curtains.

Coffee spots were on the hall floor upon arrival and were still there 2 days later. The surface was sticky. Fine dining isn't available until the weekend as well as the music. There were no brochures for things to do in the area. I googled everything. The breakfast was very expensive and I think they used powdered eggs. The casino was very cold. We were charged a "resort fee" although there was nothing available to be called a resort. No pool. No gym. A casino if you gambled but that pays for itself.

The property was conveniently located just off the highway yet was so quiet! Once inside the doors, there was a wonderfully fresh scent that greeted us - likely from the massage and spa near the reception area, but what a lovely way to start!

My only disappointment was that a simple (not fancy) restaurant was open on Wednesday night, only quick food takeout or a dressier type. But it was a Wednesday and it allowed us to drive to Seneca Falls nearby and enjoy a local dining option.

Presentation was a 10 First impression of room was a 10, comfy bed and nice pillows Thank you for the water bottles The Vine was a 15 out of 10 We loved the venue, rocking chairs, volume was perfect. We didn't need ear plugs and could hear every word that was spoken or sung. The show started on time without an opening act

TV-assuming it was the remote that wasn't working well even after new batteries Ice bucket wasn't insulated Refrigerator wasn't cold

Room was a great stay. Very spacious. Close to the highway so it was easy to access other areas around the resort. Great food options as well.

Front staff at night (after 10pm) could have been a little more helpful at check in. Was not able to find a luggage cart so we had to carry everything up in multiple trips. When asked where the elevator was due to no signs, he just pointed down the hall towards the casino.

The hotel was clean bright and comfy. We had a few minor inconveniences with our room - the hairdryer did not work and the closet light stayed on the whole time. Otherwise A+. Nice bathrooms!

The buffet is still not open, according to other reviews, it has been a while since it was available to guests. We won NOTHING at the casino but that might just be us...

It was a great place to go to a concert and social with friends. Everything was well organized and in place throughout the casino!

I got charged a resort fee of $15, nobody else in my group got charged it and we all booked through the same company,I spoke with them and they said they don't charge a resort fee, this is my biggest complaint.

Everything. I’ve stayed there 3 times now and each time was better & better. 🙂

The only thing I didn’t like was the location of my room to the elevator. I have some mobility issues. And I did not realize how far our room was to the elevators. The distance deterred me from going down to the gaming floor later in the evening.

Convenient as it is just down the road from my house. We lose power a lot and NYSEG gives days as estimated restoration times so that is how we ended up getting a room at Del Lago.

The toilet was continuously running when we entered the room. The layout of the room and bathroom is great so you didn’t really hear it while in bed. But the wasting of water got to me so I fixed it myself. Housekeeping should have had it addressed though.

Good amenities

Room overpriced . Especially if customers are gambling. Casinos today show no appreciation for people staying at their properties. They could at least include free breakfast for price of room and gambling there. Very stingy. They want it all from customers.
