best and most modern red roof I have seen, well runned, well managed, very clean, brand new, great location near the finger lakes and its vineyards for not a whole lot of money, a pleasant surprise even breakfast exceeded expectations for a red roof almost as good as much more expensive chains in a clean area, large and modern rooms, with nice desks and fridge

for a red roof and for a very reasonable price honestly everything was above expectations cannot complaint

great hotel was really clean and neat.The cleaning staff were really great and friendly and took care of all our needs. We will be booking again real soon on our return trip verry soon.

Floor standing lamp is difficult to access switch. There was only one comfortable chair to sit in. Bathroom exhaust vent did not remove moisture from showering; mirror was filled with condensation. The fridge did not have a freezer to re-freeze our travelling 'blue ices'.

The breakfast looked beautiful- but we eat kosher so could only partake of the oatmeal pkts, juice, cold cereal, and coffee.

They were very accomodating and we liked the picnic table outside where friends and families hung out

Room was nice with comfortable beds and good pillows selection. Liked that pet was allowed with no additional fee. Complimentary breakfast always appreciated.

The door handle didn’t work correctly. Required repeated entry of key cards and manipulation of the handle to gain entry to the room. Would have liked a larger breakfast selection, maybe a meat (sausage or bacon). Only egg option was hard boiled.

The room was very spacious, modern, and extremely clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable. There was no noise from the road outside or surrounding rooms. The staff were friendly and the check in and check out processes were very quick and simple.

Breakfast was slightly limited in the selection but it still served the purpose and filled us up before we headed off for the day.

The location was great as we were there for my son's race at Weedsport Speedway. We typically stay at the hotel next door and were happy to find the rooms at Red Roof much more updated and beds so much more comfy!

Finding out I could have saved a lot of money by booking thru the hotel directly compared to booking it thru booking.com

The management was exceptional.

The fans in the bathroom which turned on whenever the light was on was noisy. (Especially, when first turning on the light.)

Stayed for a couple of hours to enjoy some quiet alone time with the husband before we had our 4th baby, the jacuzzi tub was a perfect addition!

That we could not get the TV to connect to any of our streaming services.

very close to the bike trail - surprising. It was a clean room. It's not the Marriott, but overall very nice.

well, they caught the red roof, but it actually has a brown roof. Lol.
