Our room was comfortable— but obviously the facility is not being updated. (Elevator, which screeches horribly, needs maintenance,— but has been exactly the same for several years now.) Appreciate the good, speedy wifi connection.

Facility is showing its age but doesn’t seem to be updated, ever. Fortunately there was weekend staff at the front desk; but we HATE having to check in with the off-site “robot” when arriving on weekdays. (Last fall, she too was off duty and we were told to go to the unstaffed front desk; but we couldn’t get in through the locked front door until someone inside wandered by!) We also feel nervous when no staff are on duty, in case an emergency would arise.

I had a very difficult time actually finding the building. Even using my phone to find it was difficult. Especially at night. The property it self was clean on the outside but the concrete entrances were in rough shape . I came in on a Sunday and used the kiosk to check in . I never saw an employee of the hotel at all until the next morning

I didn’t like checking in using a kiosk. Although it worked fine. I had a couple bags and clothes on hangers and it would’ve helped to have a luggage rack available

There is a small microwave and refridgerator available in the room, as well as a coffee/hot water machine for complementary cup of coffee or tea.The facility was clean with a warm inviting environment. The ladies at check in desk were cheerful and knowledgeable about their jobs. The room was clean, comfortable, and was quiet despite many guests.

My only complaint is the lack of water pressure in the shower. It was adequate, but could have been stronger.

Room was very clean and it is close to restaurants and a Meijers.

Staff person at check in seemed a bit short tempered and told me that I had to pay an additional $50 deposit after I had already paid for the room but I know I will get it back after I check out. She also didn’t mention anything about the included breakfast in the morning so I guess I will find out how it is in the morning.

Incredible staff, we checked in at 11 PM with a last minute booking and the person virtually checking us in was so nice. The air con was great and had all the facilities you needed

It was quite run down for the price but we were in a desperate last minute situation so it was fine

Friendly service, clean rooms, easy to get to.

I was locked out a few times, my key did not work on the front door, but worked on the side door, so I had to walk around, because the staff was nowhere to be seen. We were also expecting breakfast.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. All the others in the area were more expensive. It might be older, but it was clean, staff was friendly and front desk accommodating. I’ve booked another stay!

Very convenient and a good value. There was no breakfast but there is a coffee bar and that was a plus. The room was compact, but as a solo traveler, it had everything I needed for a one-night stay,. I wasn't traveling with a pet, but it's nice to know this is a pet-friendly hotel.

I passed the driveway twice before spotting it, so a sign on Seminary Ave would be helpful. The heating/cooling fan was loud enough that I turned the whole thing off so I could sleep. It might not bother another guest at all, so don't let that deter you from giving the Inn a try.

The hotel was very nice, the room very pretty and comfortable, we had a mini fridge and microwave in the room. in our floor there was a washer and a dryer so I love the fact that I could wash and dry our clothes. The girl at the reception was very nice to us and helpful

The hotel is basic, comfortable, convenient.

Unbeknownst to me my company had sent me a care package that contained food. I had a 3 night stay.. when I checked out after my 3rd night the desk clerk came out to me as I was walking to my vehicle stating he had a package for me and stated "I don't know why they didn't give this to you". The package was delivered the day before my stay so that I would have it during my stay. I attempted to call to speak to the manager who was never available so I therefore emailed the owner. The owner apologized and stated "we assumed that the package would be retrieved from the front desk. That's the way it usually works". Well how am I supposed to retrieve something I don't know is there.
